This is the moment I have been waiting for for a very long time. He kept stacking spaghetti code higher and higher. It was only a matter of time until he managed to break Unity. I am so excited to see the thunderous shitstorm that will surely occur when the fans realize daddydev has turned his back on them. His reaction will be pretty funny too, I bet. I'm hoping for the chimpout of the century. It would be a fitting ending to the YandereDev saga.

I think the difference here is that Eva has more or less slapped a huge "pedo game" sticker on YanSim, even if unintentionally.

Seriously, he almost never shut up about panties and the fact that they were all high school aged (except the teachers, obviously). Those two things alone are warning signs as they are. Putting them together, and I can see why Twitch decided to banhammer the game.

For the purpose of this suggestion, let us establish two types of games:

1. Pornographic games.
2. Games that contain nudity/sexual content, but are NOT pornographic in nature.

Let us estabilish two things right here:

1-Yandere Sim has much bigger problems than just nudity, so this whole argument is weak in the first place.
2-You can't separate games as "The ones i fap to" and "the ones i don't fap to", it's not that black and white.

Pornographic games can be defined very easily; the sole purpose of the game is provide sexual gratification. Examples:

All those games have rape Alex, they would be banned even if it weren't porn games. Unrelated but i do not like how you consider rape sexual gratification.

Some of the games on Twitch's list of prohibited games contain nudity/sexual content, but were NOT created for the sole purpose of sexual gratification. Examples:

Blanket is about masturbating in secret, genital jousting is about controlling a dick into asses and Second Life is a godless hell hole. Yandere Sim might not be explicit but can easily be seen as a fetish game. Even if you're not fapping to it, it's more than sexual enough to justify a twitch ban.

We could have:

1. Prohibited - Completely banned.
2. Restricted - Locked behind an 18+ "age gate".
3. Neither - Visible to everyone.

That's a useless suggestion. As you just said, you already have to say you're +18 to check mature streams so what's the point? No seriously, what is the point? Any kid can simply lie about their age and get through. It's either banned or not. There is no in between with this Alex.

If ALL non-pornographic games with nudity/sexual content were treated the same way - everything from South Park to Conan to Yandere Simulator - then Twitch would benefit in multiple ways:

1. Broadcasters would be able to stream non-pornographic games that are currently prohibited.
2. Viewers would have a greater degree of control over the type of content that they want to watch.
3. Twitch would never be accused of inconsistent rule enforcement or suspected of biased judgements.

1- But twitch doesn't want that, that's why they banned the games! Why would they want a game like Genital Jousting in the front page??? It hurts you image and sponsors.
2-How exactly do i get "more degree of control"? People watch what they want to watch, it makes no difference.
3-Twitch rules are simple as hell. Everything is okay but X games are banned. If it's mature game, the streamer needs to warn the viewer. That all they do and you're making a big deal for no reason. It's a private company and they don't owe you anything.

This is just sad, give up Alex, even if this actually happens Twitch will not give your game a chance unless it's finished.
