Robin's LC gives her a pretty substantial ATK boost and helps with her energy needs and a DMG buff for the whole team while her ultimate is active. It's not essential but it makes her much easier to build and provides plenty of utility. It's not as essential as, say, Acheron's LC or something (I don't think any Harmony unit is incomplete without their LC because there's a lot of good alternatives) but it's by and large her best choice.

Aglaea is fairly strong but she really wants Sunday and Robin to fully shine because she's dependent on attacking frequently to built her ult and then getting it as quick as possible with its eye-wateringly steep 360 energy requirement, which I believe is the highest energy cost to date. Remembrance Trailblazer can fill in for one or the other if you're missing one but Sunday is probably the one you ideally are not missing because he can advance both Aglaea and Garmentmaker plus grant her extra energy. Her best team is all limited 5*s (Robin, Sunday, Huohuo) so if your roster isn't super filled out yet then you might be safe to skip her for the moment.

From a purely meta standpoint though, I wouldn't sleep on Boothill. He's extremely capable of deleting single targets with little effort and being able to implant phys weakness on enemies makes him very self-sufficient, although having any break supports like Fugue, Harmony Trailblazer, or Ruan Mei will make him even more nutty.

Phase 1: Phoebe - Chixia, Lumi, Alto. Phase 2: Brant & Changli - Youhu, Taoqi, Mortefi.
Game is coming to MacBook in March. There is RTX mode if anyone fancies of that.
Few "new" characters seem to be appeared in main story? One already appears in the leak before. Otherwise, watch the livestream at 47:16 for the teaser.
Some guessing, Phoebe might be a vessel for the one. Her ability to talk to some echoes doesn't look so simple now.

About Lantern Rite this year. I wonder if they ever gonna do a small continuous grand lore through out later patches. Considering that even 5.4 patch, the whole Yokai seems to be messed up.
Yada yada limited event, not playing. Well, too bad.

Elf girl 2 and 3 look cute but imma skip the bitches if they are more Rover Simps. Elf Thot 3 kinda reminds me of a a less dull Shorekeeper so her personality will surely be buttfucked.

Or i could be pleasantly surprised. Now give me an elf dude who looks like Chinese Legolas so I can larp LOTR or something.
 
Brant looks pretty cool just going by his design. WuWa's limited unit cast is very waifu heavy so another husbando is refreshing. It's a shame he has to run with Changli who I've been eyeing ever since I missed her first run. I might start saving right now although I do kinda wanna try and see if I can scrape a few more pulls to try for Jinhsi since I'm lacking in Spectro DPS not counting Rover. I went for Roccia since she was newer without fully looking at her kit and then finding out she's a premium havoc sub-dps/support so she'll buff Camellya and I can move Sanhua my Carlotta or Encore team.

My biggest hate for WuWa, every update is an equivalent of downloading current entire game file size. Unreal engine is soooo niccceeeee. Kinda dreadful for the future in long run with every 1.5 months update. Even worse with possibility, new big expansion may comes every 6-month instead of annually like Genshin.

Even if you don't have Cammellya or don't use Havoc Rover, Roccia can still be quite useful with her grouping (in overworld or some game modes). Since her tornado Resonance Skill has huge radius. She's also easier to build with 44111 echo cost to achieve 70% Cr.Rate.

Carlotta unironically gets more benefited if you have Lumi or even Taoqi with Moonlit set. Since both of their outro skills buff Resonance Skill damage which majority of Carlotta damage comes from. More additional buff beside Moonlit set. Otherwise, despite Sanhua outro buffs "Basic attack damage" type, she builds concerto fast enough to give more frequent Moonlit buff anyway. Even more ATK damage buff at her C6.
 
so decided to do the last bit of story for lantern rite... and those hoyo niggers for some reason decided to end it a day early. usually events end the last sunday before a patch, together with the BP, and has so for fucking years, that's why I didn't really check the end date. to add insult to injury the double reward event AND the fucking hu tao skin discount runs till today of course.

retarded shit like this, even if it's only marginal, pisses me off to no end. luckily didn't buy the BP yet, dawei can suck it. hope he cries some more, he deserves it.

This lantern rite was honestly my favorite of all, and I'm definitely not biased about Hu Tao at all.
Do you know what's actually offensive?
It should have been her GODDAMN STORY QUEST 2, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERMANENT
What the fuck mihoyo, you gave Tao a ton of great characterization, a character that has barely any permanent content, and then you make it FOMO, why

How come in HSR we go to Greece, WuWa Italy, but in RE: 1999 we go to the favelas in Brazil and for 2.3, London?
