This is a good thing. From 2006 onwards the internet just had gotten worse and worse. Not a lolcow. Out of touch, yes, and his videos lost luster, but not a lolcow methinks. Unless he were to engage and act like a 'tard, but we know he won't, just like he didn't during the Ghostbusters reboot.

Respectfully disagree. The movie is cool and the NES (well, Famicom) port of the arcade game is a lot of fun.

Goonies 2 would be better if the map wasn't such a schitzo mess and the Moon->Engrish translation was smoother among other things. I played through a QoL rom hack a while back and the obtuse map was the only thing holding it back. It's like Simon's Quest in that what is very palatable in Japan (e.g. difficult and redundant) was not so much in the rest of the world.

Also both games have kick ass music and other Konami goodness.

I recently rewatched the old Spiderman episode and I have to say it's pretty kino. Probably my favorite episode. Kyle Justin, or whatever his fucking name is, is a pretty good Spiderman. Their chemistry is great.

Reminder the borderland AVGN drama/Adult Bluey channel Red Cow Arcade said people going after James Rolfe wasn’t real. Why people here give them a free pass is beyond me.

I've always admired the Red Cow boys for keeping their politics pretty close to their chest.

But it's pretty obvious that Frankie and EJ are closet shitlibs. They live in Massachusetts/Rhode Island. They were amateur college filmmakers. They both still work in the industry. Frankie married a sickly looking vegan with resting bitchface who seems jovial on camera but I suspect harping lurks offscreen. Their best friend in HS was an older morbidly obese faggot man who supplied them with money and resources.

Only very tangentially AVGN adjacent, but Frankie Frain of Red Cow Arcade is a guest on Dancing With Ghosts (gay musician and music reviewer, occasional AVGN critic) livestream tonight.

During the stream, Frain talked about how he believes in some of the "ancient wisdom" value of Christianity as stories and a path to purpose and absolution without outright declaring himself a Christian as far as I heard. Somewhat similar to Jordan Peterson's talking points years ago.

Then he did some Trump impressions and talked dismissively about having an aunt with complete TDS hatred that has consumed her being.

So Frankie from Red Cow keeps me guessing again on his beliefs both spiritual and political.

Him calling Stuttering Craig a "right wing grifter desperate for money" in a clip posted here made me think that he was just another closet shitlib. But at the very least, he seems like a moderate, which comforts me somewhat because I like the guy and find his fledgling YT content fascinating.
