Like someone else said before me, you can make the argument that you can work this plot point only, and I repeat ONLY if you left it off-screen and only with the implication that it happened, it's still a pretty fucked up concept and you need a really good writer to work around it without making it morbid. Something that this game clearly lacks or just don't give a damn.

But here, they choose to show the process on how it happens, implicitly stating that the teen is underage and also showing the explicit sex scenes about it, not to mention the homoerotic scenes in bath tubs.

Not really, bro. It wasnt the Middle East. Sure, maiming and shit like that happened, but it was mostly in the early medieval age. Also, those parts of Europe were more "tolerant" about sexual stuff - the thing is you had to do something really nasty or be someone's enemy to really feel the consequences. For example, the protestant British naval codex states homosexual relations between sailors as forbidden and punishable - the Catholic Polish one (written more or less at the same time) has no such thing included. The state wasnt interested if you're fucking your mates - it was something between You and God to settle when the time comes.

The codex provides historically accurate information about the people whom the game's characters are based on. 1388 is the birth year of the real Hans Capon (actual name: Jan Ptáček)

There are a lot of "creative liberties" taken in the game itself that don't match with the historically accurate information in the game's codex. For example, the real Markvart of Ulice would already be dead by the time he's depicted in game. And I'm pretty sure I remember a developer stream where Hans and Henry specifically were said to be "aged up" in the game. I've seen other people reference this too.

I think it's pretty obvious just looking at them anyway. This is clearly not supposed to be a 15-year-old boy...
