Sadly for Trump official gifts like this belong to the State. He can either give it to the Smithsonian, or else end run it by putting it in his Presidential Library, which is the usual method of "keeping" formal gifts since the Library is technically a State institution for keeping the records of the administration.

More so, It's strange how no one thinks it's odd Africa can't do basic public health and start there. There's so many implications here.
Surely Africans can figure out something we figured our centuries ago. Hell, why does the burden fall on the US when Russia, China or even the European Union could do it if the money is so insignificant?

keep in mind at the same time the soviet union had been on a downward spiral for years, with the iron curtain dragging their satellite states with them till they managed to jump off. it was less a "west good/east bad", rather "west stable/east poor and uncertain".

Well Mr Blum allow me to put it like this, some times when an arm is so broken and internally damaged the best then to do to that arm is amputee it in order to stop the bleeding and be rid of a body part that can no longer serve its purpose. So many 3rd world countrys beg and beg for us money and aid will pocketing that money for themselves and also calling us the great devils. So fuck them all they can go to hell
