The other charges were dropped as part of the plea deal, so Nick is free to cry about how his home wasn't a disgusting crack den (but no you can't see the footage stalker child) and it was just a coincidence that he was found with cocaine. Is it a smart idea? No, but I don't think the state's particularly going to care unless he starts claiming his entire innocence.

His current position as far as I can tell is:

• Yes, I did cocaine (and it was epic )
• Yes, that cocaine was mine (and mine alone)
• No, my house was not a mess
• No, I did not fail to feed or clothe my children
