This would go along with it being essentially private medical data. Thus my first response to it: If it's real whoever obtained it might just be playing with fire.
I'm leaning toward gay and fake, partly because the odds of someone having access to this and putting themselves in jeopardy by doing so are low and the specifically embarrassing typos in the document. I could see innocent explanations for that if it were some minor word of not much importance, but it's in the main part of the document that gives the examiner's conclusion. That said, neither of these by themselves prove anything, and of the two of them, the typo is of minor importance.
I still really wouldn't buy this unless someone finds a copy of this form with this exact typo.
Unless this was somehow in a public proceeding, I don't see it as very likely someone got it legitimately. It isn't the sort of thing that would be turned over on a records request either, without someone making a colossal blunder.
how the fuck are they getting this stuff. The dd214 was pretty wild, that's not a super easy thing to pull off, but this eval.. snacki can very easily fuck this person up legally.
I've seen a fair number of DD-214s of living people. I've never seen one of these. I have seen quotes of the text of them, but not the form itself.
The thing about those is more people have access to them, so it doesn't really expose your identity to reveal one unless you use some account directly connected to your name.
I also have seen private investigators advertise being able to turn such stuff up. I suspect some/most of them are doing something legally questionable to get them.
IIRC, she's six figures in debt. Suing her for faildoxing you is like suing the local bum for shitting on your front porch.
About the only meaningful thing you could get is an injunction, and if she continues to violate it, they'll continue to increase the sanctions. It can be difficult but if monetary sanctions (which would be meaningless) don't stop her, she could be incarcerated.
I don't think most people would consider this a worthy use of their money though.
I would imagine for someone to be able to verify it, it would require some laws to be broken somewhere.
There's only one obvious innocent explanation I can think of. She left her paperwork at her estranged ex's and he leaked it. I don't really buy it, but that's one way.
