I'm about halfway through the third video, just taking notes, and I have a feeling it won't change, so I'll just post them now.

Spoiler: Andy Calls the police on his APS worker..

• This one is worth listening to, because the APS worker, the previously-mentioned Deanne, just doesn't give a shit, and she fights him the whole time.
• She says he's abusive, and he's a bully. 10/10
• She's also not his worker. She's the supervisor of his worker, I think it's Tyler.
• Andy's calling laywers from the Pennsylvania Family Law Firm.
• He's also saying he doesn't have the capacity to hire a lawyer.
• Deanne then asks why he even called them.
• It all boils down to Andy wants a guardian to make decisions. He equates his dad being his payee with being his guardian, but his dad isn't his guardian. It's all his dad's fault.
• At some point, the cops find him, because he's been out in the cold.
• The APS lady tells the cops he's been making vaguely suicidal threats, but Andy argues this.
• When she's gone, it's just Andy whining about no guardian, Dr. Hoover ordered him a safety bed (crib) and Angel Sense GPS to keep him from cwossing da stweets. He's skeert.
• He needs ICF care.
• "I make my own decisions."
  "Andy, you've been telling us you can't make your own decisions."
• Andy basically admits this is all just an act to make the care takers do something they don't want to do. And we know what that is.

• One big thing, while Andy is on the phone with some worker, is the physical worker for the home pops in to ask questions. Andy says that second shift didn't feed him, give him his medicine, ANYTHING, and that's why he ran away. 24-7 MEANS 24-7!!

• This call is just about no guardian, and no 24/7, fuck the workers who need sleep, the people who need more care, Andy needs it more. The doctors said so.

So far, the third call is more of the same, but now Andy's called Tom to listen in, as he calls another agency. He's blaming Tom a lot in all of these, because Tom doesn't stick up for Andy, or something equally as asinine. That's the only major difference.

Why is Andrew so interest in have a guardian appointed anyway? Does he really not understand the fact that he would be giving someone else complete control of his life?

Like if said guardian wanted the Pooper placed in a mental hospital for an extended time does Andrew not realize he would have very little success in getting out? You are legally telling the courts you cannot make your own decision so you are giving up all control.

I would describe Andy's mindset as revolving around being a oppositional-defiant sexual deviant, and so having a guardian would not only be be the ultimate form of validation for Andy's ABDL delusions but would also give him a foil to always play against, and that's the greatest thing Andy wants out of a 'guardian'- a plaything. He desires to have someone/something have some form of parental authority over him so he can then flip the script on them in whatever way possible- whenever he feels that it is necessary.

It isn't just a control thing with guardianship, Andy has wanted to cede away control over him by demanding from his providers a cribcage for bed that he cannot get out of without supervision, to a key-locked girdle/belt with a mounted gps to track him if he 'escapes', and of course the diaper shit and other general feigned helplessness behaviors et cetera. It's a fetish mindset.

Andy's doublethink on what a guardian is to him is clear about this; he wants a second Mama or Papa Ditch to go through it all over again, replaying the same rehashed scripts that we have already seen in this thread. Andy is pathologically incapable of being satisfied with what he's given for accomodations because they never go 'far' enough, which is another major motivating force for him.

Listening to his calls with APS, Crisis Services, etc., I feel like they know he's faking because of how they respond to him. If they genuinely thought he was distressed about things like he claims, wouldn't they just say it's a legal process that takes time, has certain requirements and steps that have to be done in specific ways, and that he just needs to wait patiently and talk to his care worker about his concerns. You know, very basic, but reassuring.

They don't do that though. Most of the time, since Andy is monologuing at them, they don't even bother responding to what he says. The policy for dealing with him must be "Just let him talk until he stops. Don't respond, or give advice. Don't try to help." Even the one guy, kind as he was being, was basically saying he doesn’t know, he can’t help with this, and they aren't the right resource for this. If I was him, I'd just be reading a book or scrolling my phone with the volume down until Andy stops talking.

They seem like they're moving on to either shutting him down, or "grey rock" for him, and he doesn't seem to realize or understand that every diatribe just provides more documentation of his behavior for them.

Even worse - the guy was doing the right thing by most standards of disability care. He was encouraging Andy to do as much as he can, and the care worker would help when he had trouble. It's to help them feel more in control and independent, since the care worker is assisting, not just treating the person like a big dumb mannequin.

Of course, since Andy is Andy (and not actually disabled), he has no interest in building skills and independence. He wants a slave, not a care giver.
