Just like Brady (who was the heel character in the NFL storyline back then), Mahomes is gonna win another 2-3 Super Bowls. Watch, Chiefs will win in 2027 (Super Bowl 61), probably beating the Eagles again in a hyped "revenge" match. It's all about storylines, they can't have the hero winning too much after all.

I think they started rigging the NFL in 2001 after the 90s had shit like the Bills losing 4 Super Bowls in a row or Dan Marino getting utterly blown out in his last game. Who wants to watch disappointments like that? They had to make the "new" stars look ultra cool, and since baseball got the ratings boost by celebrating roiders hitting home runs, why not turn the NFL into sports entertainment?
