i used to think the people who called these types of groups death cults were overselling it or being dramatic. i can kind of understand it now. desalination is such an easy if slightly pricy way to solve the water issues basically EVERYWHERE in the united states with almost no problem. it would drop the price of water to nearly zero, and be a net benefit for all of mankind (even if pajeets and nigs never figure out how to harness this technology, fuck em) but they work to undermine even this.Wikipedo said:

There are legitimate concerns on how to deal with the brine byproduct these facilities produce. But I doubt that is a motivator for the environmental groups opposed to these.
