It's interesting that the zionist boomers are against the idea of us taking over Gaza. I thought they would be all over it

Lindsey Graham voicing opposition, was quite a surprise.
It shouldn't be, without the conflict we don't have the leverage to make them do black ops we can't have traced back to us.

They aren't even pretending these are legit they have zero legal reasoning in the filings and are only accepted because they effectively knew what judge was on call and that they would rule in their favor.
It makes me wonder if that whole judicial lottery thing is bullcrap. So many cases go to the right judge that would play ball with obstruction even despite that. If these cases are being assigned randomly and they're not just filing with the judges directly. IDK how this works.

Also investigations should be opened on every Judge to see how much money they got from USAID and other sources since we know for a fact they have all taken money in some form.
Seriously. Where the fuck is the Judicial Oversight Committee and what the hell are they doing right now? This shit should be seeing judges being removed from the bench.

holy shit. rate me rainbows but... are people waking up that muh negruhs are just complaining about nothing to get infinity gibs? dear lord.

some comedy for us all to lighten the mood of the earlier doge info.

Didn't the NFL hire Jay-Z/Beyonce and his production company to basically produce their half time show around 2019, due to rumors of an extortion scheme where a lot of black performers (who were Jay-Z/Beyonce connected) the NFL approached refusing to play the halftime show and Jay-Z/Beyonce basically "offering to help get those artists to change their minds", if they were given complete control over running the show?

I will keep shilling this idea until it is implemented. All public servants including judges should be forced to wear body cameras streaming 24/7 they should have ZERO privacy. Same goes for journalists.

Baier: Do you view JD Vance as your successor? Trump: No..
I think this is Trump just being cautious and not committing to anything too early. He likes to play with a full hand and avoid committing to and for specifics until he needs to or the right time approaches. This is just way too early.

There's also a few other things imo. Vance may not be the candidate as he is right now, but the next few years could turn him into the perfect candidate for 2028. It also allows some separation between him and Trump. I can see a long-term political strategy where Trump acts as the bulldozer to get shit out of the way as the strong leader so Vance can come into 2028 as a much more chill candidate who doesn't need to be as brash as Trump.

Last thing is that it'd be strategically a bad idea to confirm Vance this early since it will give democrats a target to smear for the next few years, possibly forcing Trump to need to find another successor and then causing the entire thing to collapse as the democrats continuously go "what was wrong Vance eh repooblicans? i thought he was the next guy were you lying and he was actually really bad?".

I like Vance. Compared to his first term where Pence was basically just "we needed an off the shelf republican" I think Trump made an astoundingly good choice with a young, chill, humble middle-american everyman who just seems like a normal guy you'd have drinks with. I also think it's extremely likely that he will be the next nominee assuming nothing entirely crazy happens, and I want him to be too.

But confirming Vance right now is a hell of a lot of downsides for no real long-term benefit. It's better to keep them guessing for now and to leave options open and flexible.

The real nuclear option would be Republicans announcing they will use reconciliation on the upcoming budget bill and defund the lower federal courts if this doesn't end. Only the Supreme Court is established by the constitution, it gives Congress the power to establish (or disestablish) the lower courts. Every single federal lolsuit going directly to the Supreme Court would cause Roberts to kill himself

...Hey you know what do it anyway

Another libshit federal judge, in Massachusetts this time, has issued another ex parte TRO on Trump's NIH rate change executive order. By the way, emergency appeals to the Supreme Court from RI and MA are heard by the negress, and from NY by the wise latina

This is pure gaming the judicial system and severe abuse of due process by use of ex parte to achieve political objectives. Time to start filing federal lolsuits in Texas and Alabama and do the same thing or it will never end
They are really willing to trigger a constitutional crisis and burn the whole thing down instead of losing a cent of their slush fund. It really is astounding.

You can effectively "shop" for a judge you want if you have the means to do so and in these cases they know who is the "emergency judge" on friday night/weekends in that specific court so that is the only option that could possibly be assigned to them.

You can find which judges will be on call pretty easily. The whole system is a total joke that favors dems almost every single time.
