Issues of a federal nature involving the legislature/executive should have a panel of judges from each circuit come to a supermajority decision on whether or not an action can be stopped. Yes, during the "Dark Chapter" as Pierre deemed Trudeau's time as PM he shuffled his cabinets many, many times and for a long time there was no heir apparent or standouts and a couple schisms happened that had people like his Minister of Justice whistleblow and nope-the-fuck-out out of the party. In the last number of cabinets she emerged as one of the sole people who survived the shuffles having her be the presumptive next leader. About a month before he resigned, on the day she, the Minister of Finance, was set to deliver the new budget they got into a massive argument over two specific issues (Trudeau supporting the decision to write cheques to all canadians and her support of a monthslong foregoing of federal sales tax on a variety of goods and industries, both of which were ostensibly a sure thing and sure to do more damage than help) and a half hour before the press meeting over the budget, she was out. He said she resigned, she says he fired her. It's a moot point... as I said she "can't even operate under her own self interest", she just had to shut the fuck up, deliver his shit sandwich for him to die on, and assume control of the party. She couldn't even do that.

Also I am still getting reacts from posts MONTHS or even YEARS ago. KF is different from most social media where you only have a few hour window to get your like dopamine fix before it gets buried by algorithms, good KF posts are good forever.
