Also, he needs someone to install a washer and a dryer? Don't you just plug it in and connect the hoses, then secure it with tube clamps? Did the washing machine installation engineer die of pancreatic cancer?
You can sometimes negotiate a pretty good price for those services, especially if you're getting multiple machines. When I had to replace mine, I got the full service including hauling the old thing to the dump for like $50 or whatever and figured it's worth saving the hassle as I could have it replaced while I was having a WFH day.

I guess it was to be expected of the blackest lawyer in the US to be using these.
Nick must have immediately identified as the racial profiled minority this product is aimed at.
Also worth a mention that if you heard the name "Dixie Ultras" you would think its some female hygiene product.

Nick couldn't even replace a cupboard door, he's not moving anything heavy into place and connecting any hoses. Male cheerleader faggots don't tend to learn any masculine skills.

He'd pay anything to do it. I hope they heard his low T, high-pitched rasp and decided to jack up their prices.

How heartless. His plumber, who visited once 5 years ago, died you know. He couldn't possibly get any work done.

Each time the toilet clogs up, Nick reminds them. A tear in his eye. Then he tells them about the electrician. Bulbs can't be replaced, because he stubbed his toe getting out of the shower. How would you feel?

If it's an upstairs laundry room I could definitely see needing someone to at least bring it upstairs. I'm not familiar if their house is a single story. I assume not, if it's a huge house.

The police report that’s been rehashed here for months states that April and Kayla were upstairs when the cops arrived. IIRC the washer and dryer reside off the master suite upstairs.

There's two floors, but the washer and drawer are on the main floor, and then there's a walk-out basement (where the balldo vault is at).

The hardest part would be navigating the piles of clothes to get into the utility closet, which has access through the master bedroom.

I don't remember if they have gas (likely not as they're in the country), but I wouldn't trust Nick to do a gas hookup for the laundry if they did. With his skeletal, non-existent muscle tone, I also wouldn't trust him to move the machines in place, much less hook them up.

Likely Nick paid the extra $100 (or $50) to do the hookup and take out the old ones. If he didn't like how they did it... well, we know he can't do it himself. Maybe he could pay for Ralph's lawyer/landlord/plumber/electrician/AA sponsor to come up for a week to Minnesota to fix a few things up for him.

They apparently do. The fireplace and water heater, for example.

Per Zillow:

Mind you, that doesn't prove the dryer is gas powered. Only that it could be. Growing up, I lived in a house that had a gas powered range, water heater, and fireplace, but the dryer was that big ass 220-240v electric plug.

Also, interestingly enough, he's got water filtration and softening, which suggests there wouldn't be a repeat of the "Silent Hill bathroom" situation as seen in his old house.

Good catch and memory!

Just one note on the crack shack - they had a water softener there- It just wasn't maintained.

The Silent Hill house had a newish, expensive and elaborate water treatment system. Its visible in the real estate photos. The likely possibility is that nobody did routine maintenance on the system. It was just ignored and continued to be ignored even as the rust built up around the house. Its a very Nick thing to have done actually.

Every house in that area fed from well-water NEEDS to have one and it has to be maintained.
Reverse osmosis membranes need to be replaced every 3-5 years and the filters in that system AND the specialty iron-filtration cartridge should be replaced every 12 months.

He is lucky he did no get sued for the filtration system not being maintained and in violation of MN code. As a landlord he was liable for failing to maintain the water quality.

I wonder how many miles past due his mustang is for an oil change.
Probably not too bad, Chaos and the Valkyrie didn't have to do a lot of driving with the volumes of coke they were buying. Say what you want about drug dealers but customer service is their 100% priority.

The gas in the tank might need some Stabil ASAP though.

Makes sense. I think you would have to have such a system if you're drawing from well water instead of a municipal supply.

I know many municipal sources are hard water that can cause calcium deposits (nasty white shit), but I have never known them to have that high enough of an iron content to turn the water rust colored.

Nick much rather spend his money on stupid toys rather than routine home maintenance. Plus, he was out of that house, and possibly didn't give a shit about the tenants he had there.

He is lucky he did no get sued for the filtration system not being maintained and in violation of MN code. As a landlord he was liable for failing to maintain the water quality.
Knowing Nick, he'd throw a tantrum if they asked him to fix it. Because, no matter how politely they would have asked, he would have interpreted them asking him in a "faggy manner."

Then he would pull up a Quora article by some discredited scientist explaining that that high of an iron content is actually good and turns you into a sexual Tyrannosaurs, and the government filtration standards are all driven by racism, and written by Scandinavian incel prudes. Also, fluoridation of water is a Communist plot meant to pollute his "precious bodily fluids." The most precious of all being his cum (which, BTW, did you know that Aaron ate his cum?).

So basically, I wouldn't blame those tenants if they just kept their mouths shut. To preserve their own sanity.

They're probably electric, most are.

I'm in the 'burbs and even mine are both electric.
I can't think of anyone I know with a gas heated dryer.
I don't think I've ever even used a gas powered dryer in my entire life. I forgot they were even a thing until @Dixieland Buckaroo reminded me.

From what I understand, they're more expensive in the long run anyway. To the point electric is preferred even in homes piped for gas.

I'm surprised Nick's not in Melton's chat right now for the shit-on-Aaron party. Ethan Ralph is there. (Nick tweeted 50 min ago so he's around.) Tinfoil theory: Nick doesn't want to appear with Ethan Ralph who has already pissed off Stearns County.
Ethan Ralph also openly engaged in witness intimidation by saying he was gonna have Aaron shanked in jail. Melton and Nick have pushed their luck, but Ralph is on a whole other (unhinged) level.
