The fact this many women are coming together to do a video (as far as I can tell, none them are even Sandie) - it really speaks volumes about this man. When a bunch of women don't like a man, they usually have all experienced things separately and then banded together for solidarity. They admit that it stresses them out to have to change in front of him and then go and treat patients. Based on my personal experience with a tranny in the changing room, I don't doubt for a second he was being weird. In his wedding photo, he looks like bigger guy, assuming his wife is an average sized woman. I hope she is okay, and alive and well.

Its been tried before, and the Troons freak out about "being discriminated againsf" and bitch to pReddit.
One case the a Troon forced his employer to let him use the womens room, so the women started using the bathroom at McDonalds across the street, the Troon was whining and complaining and asking his fellow cross dressers at pReddit if there was any way he could get HR to force them to use the same room as him and punish the ones who didn't.

Another case, a Troon wanted access to the womens room, and the employer tried offering him the key to a unisex single occupancy disabled changing room, which he refused, so when he got access to the womens room, the women started using the disabled room, and the Troon was seething about them refusing to use the same room as him, and asking if he couldn't get his bosses to force them to use it at the same time as him.

In another case, the women were going without showers after a sports game because there was Troon who would openly stare with a hard on on display when they were getting changed, the women tried to wait to let him finish getting changed before they went in themselves, but he would deliberately wait until they went in to follow them in.

They're fucking vile perverts. Its not about wanting to use "a bathroom that matches their claimed gender" its about them wanting to make women uncomfortable, to perve on women getting changed, and to expose themselves in there.

This is a different group of nurses. Peggie is from NHS Fife in Scotland. These woman are NHS Darlington in England. This group of women are complaining about a different Troon that I don’t think has been identified.

From what I’ve seen so far, in the NHS Fife case, Sandy Peggie is the only nurse that has openly spoken up. Given the unsubstantiated revenge complaints lodged by the recently employed, higher status troon doctor, towards a 30 year career nurse with a spotless record in that hospital, it’s no surprise why other colleagues are keeping quiet. The Troon doctor has clearly singled this nurse out to show the others what will happen to them if they speak up as well. It was the nurse that was suspended for months. It was the nurse that had to change from her full time preferred night shifts (preferred due to home obligations) to part time weekend day shifts in order to not be on premises at the same time as the Troon Dr. Meanwhile Troon Dr gets to go on just as he was, until he chose to move from ER to anaesthesia which meant shift changes for him. The NHS needs to grow some balls, and stop pandering to to the trans community. This Dr has clearly shown through the hearing, that he is delusional, and shouldn’t be treating patients until he has been re-educated in biology, and ethical behaviour.

This case has now gone into recess until mid July now. Peggie will be dealing with this unfair treatment f likely until October or even later. Troon Dr shouldn’t be getting away with skating through the system unscathed in the workplace. At least outside of the NHS he’s copping a lot of flack.

I believe the woman in the middle on the right of that video is Sandie Peggie. I was wrong in my other post when I said it wasn’t her. I guess Peggie joined the Darling nurses to speak about the whole thing together? I am a little confused on the context of the video.

Is there a video of the hearing? I think I saw it somewhere at one point but couldn’t relocate it to watch.

I know in the UK the healthcare system works differently. Imagine your only option being to go to a troon doctor because your national health insurance offers no other option. Horrifying thought. Never thought I’d prefer our system, but I guess that’s the bright side for us. We can chose to just find another doctor.

Not that I’m aware of. While a ton of reading, the tribunal tweets (linked below) are well worth the read if you have time. It’s pretty clear that Troon Dr lodged revenge reports in an attempt to send a clear message to others that might object to his presence in the female change room. It’s also clear that the hospital were scared to confront the Troon Dr because of DEI. The only person that suffered in the workplace was the nurse. He’s even lodged two other disciplinary reports against the nurse that were previously undocumented, are unsubstantiated by any other personnel, and were patient safety issues.

As of yesterday’s hearing, no other hospital personnel have made a complaint re Troon Dr.

Interestingly, during this tribunal, Troon Dr says that in hospital a female patient can request a female doctor, but that he is under no obligation to inform the patient that he is a trans woman. According to him a Trans woman is a woman and therefore female. This despite the fact that it’s been reported that Troon Dr doesn’t have a GRC (gender recognition certificate).

It's a win-win if he tries a stunt like that. Either they find the inevitable boasting he will have done, or he makes himself look guilty as fuck. Either way he discredits himself further

That’s not even what they are looking for. Troon Dr claims he’s always written notes on his phone for various patient safety issues. However when asked for certain pre-changing room incident patient safety issues, that he’s now basing “she’s a bigot” on, and the hospital is claiming she’s a transphobic danger to their many trans patients for, his response involved problems that he has been unable to give dates for. Sandy Peggie could give exact dates and details of. Her lawyers are claiming that if patient safety is at risk then a Dr should not be waiting from mid October until post Christmas to report. The incident was a child with a peanut allergy that ate a snickers bar on halloween. Even the hospital staff who are respondents in the claim agree. Plus the hospital has not gone back in their complaint system to see if these reports ever happened, citing it’s too much effort that they don’t have time for. They are attempting to cover their tracks, and have deliberately withheld documents that might support either the claimant or respondent. This case is really interesting, but as an employment tribunal it is not as publicly available as other proceedings.

I’d likely bet my last $ that Troon Drs phone is going to disappear, as the tribunal has told him he must not delete anything.

ETA: The Christmas Eve incident that started this off, occurred because Peggie had a menstral flood issue and was unhappy because Troon Dr was in the Single sex locker room and she couldn’t avoid him. A major part of Troon Drs issue was that prior to that Peggie would leave the changing room if she saw he was present. This guy is an arsehole.

Even with one its just a fucking piece of paper. He's a still a man. It shouldn't make any fucking difference if a woman requests another female, that doesn't mean a fucking dude called Alice in a dress.

The New York lawsuit alleged that Boxwood Hotels LLC fired a transgender housekeeper who complained that a supervisor repeatedly misgendered them and made anti-transgender statements, referring to the housekeeper as a “transformer” and “it.”
I'm sort of on the fence about firing people because they are mentally ill. If you're trans and it doesn't impact your work then I could see letting them continue to be employed.

On the other hand "misgendering" and making them use the correct restroom is not harassment and firing them for whining about that should be perfectly legal.

Some of the things where there was actual physical harassment, those should be disallowed troon or not. But that's not discrimination, that should be a state harassment claim.

While I feel similar, I also acknowledge managements right to refuse entry, or refuse employment. If management believe the mere presence of an employee (for whatever reason) is negatively affecting staff morale or their bottom line due to clients choosing to go elsewhere, I believe they should be able sack an employee. I’m not for a minute suggesting that’s just non-binary or transgender pains in the butt. It could be people with annoying personality or even physical (eg poor hygiene) traits. I don’t believe any court has the right to order an employer to hire or keep an unwanted employee under threat of financial penalty.

The Scottish Daily Express has been reported to Police Scotland for "targeted harassment of Dr Beth Upton", according to trans activists on social media.

It comes after we took the decision to refer to the transgender medic as a man during our coverage of the employment tribunal brought by Sandie Peggie.

The veteran nurse is suing NHS Fife and Dr Upton in a landmark case after being suspended for objecting to his presence in the female changing rooms at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy on Christmas Eve 2023.

The medic is biologically male and does not have a gender recognition certificate to legally change gender. The judge in the case has previously ruled that he can be called a man, although he acknowledge it would be a 'courtesy' to use his preferred pronouns.

However, Ms Peggie and her legal team have referred to Dr Upton as a man throughout the hearings, while NHS Fife's lawyers have used female pronouns. Quite apart from any reasons of accuracy and gender critical feminism, this can make reports difficult to follow for readers.

On X, formerly Twitter, the SEEN Police Official Open Public Network – a collective account set up to "challenge hate" and said to be a "malign impersonator" of Sex Equality and Equity Network – said it had reported the Scottish Daily Express to Police Scotland.

It said: "We have submitted a second report to Police Scotland of targeted harassment of Dr Beth Upton by the Scottish Daily Express editor, Ben Borland. This links to our first report, which Police Scotland are currently REFUSING to deal with. In this new incident, Borland explains..

"..his reasons for intentional and gratuitous misgendering and deadnaming, are "simply stating a fact" and other well-worn 'gender critical' tropes. Yet, he is fully aware he is causing harassment and distress This is going to end badly for @PoliceScotland if they avoid dealing

"..with this. They are already in breach of the Equality Act and Public Sector Equality Duty. We are ready to apply for judicial review if this continues any longer. We will not allow Police Scotland to go on excluding the trans section of the public from the protection of..

FAFO is Gen X slang, standing for 'F*** Around Find Out', which some might argue gives the comment a somewhat menacing and even threatening tone.

Police Scotland's press office at the weekend only deals with enquiries relating to live incidents and emergencies, so we are unable to confirm the claims with the force.

However, if officers judge that no crime has been committed, they may record a 'non-crime hate incident'. These controversial red flags can remain on a person's record and the SDE will be investigating whether one has been recorded in this case.

Police Scotland state: "A non-crime hate incident is any incident perceived by the victim, or any other person, to be motivated either entirely or partly by malice and ill-will towards a person or group based on the victim's actual or perceived membership of one or more of the characteristics, but which does not constitute a criminal offence."

Is misgendering a crime under Humza's Hate Crime Law?

When Humza Yousaf's controversial new Hate Crime Law came into force on April 1 last year, victims and community safety minister Siobhian Brown was asked if 'misgendering' someone would be a criminal offence.

She replied: "This will be up to Police Scotland. I wouldn't say misgendering if you say something on social media for example it would be up to Police Scotland to determine."

On the first day of the law, hundreds of people reported JK Rowling for 'misgendering' after she defiantly refused to delete any of her previous posts on X. She wrote: "If you genuinely imagine I'd delete posts calling a man a man, so as not to be prosecuted under this ludicrous law, stand by for the mother of all April Fools' jokes."

Meanwhile, hundreds more reported Mr Yousaf in connection to his controversial Holyrood speech where he railed against the fact that most of the people in influential positions of power in Scotland were white.
