Looks like the poor baby is suffering from heart issues. Both his upper and lower extremities look purplish and off colored and could be a lack of oxygen. :(

Tax time is about to hit as well, so be prepared to be extra mad. No doubt they will have all the money spent within days.

Kim has a very poor obstetric history with multiple losses, preterm delivery, and fetal anomalies. At least some of that is down to substance use and/or uncontrolled diabetes.

If I had to guess, I'd say Z is another casualty of sky high blood sugar, fatness, and mystery chemicals rather than suffering from a genetic syndrome.

Zooboomafoo is what we would call an FLK- funny looking kid (yes, that's a real term used between clinicians). If he was the child of a normal human he'd have had a number of investigations done already. But this is Kim we're talking about, so god knows what healthcare he's received- we know she loves the ER, but can you see her turning up to scheduled appointments?

The purple extremities are concerning for congenital heart disease, but there's no way she'd forgo grifting for a "heart warrior" baby, right?

The weather has been wild in Arkansas for the past few weeks hopping between high 70s and low 30s. Today there were storms with snow in the northern part of the state and tornados in the south. Also next week is predicted to have 90+ hours of at or below freezing temperatures, so I am concerned for little Zaboomafoo as well

I came here originally to laugh at Foodie Beauty and ALR. I honestly don’t know how I got here, this thread of all of them just makes me sick. She’s so fucking stupid. So if he’s cold, you warm the bath water you stupid bitch. And then you check it to make sure it’s not too hot. I mean we are dealing with absolutely the bottom of the barrel trash and it’s sad because the babies are the victims.

Noonan isn't rare (1 in 1000-2000) and is often due to de novo mutation rather than genetic inheritance.

It's also the second most common syndromic cause of congenital heart disease.

Look I know Kim likes substances and has uncontrolled T1D, but we also know her uterus has produced multiple miscarriages, a Nutella blob and its mermaid baby twin, and Aidean, who supposedly has T1D, seizures, autism, a Chiari malformation, and God knows what else bc that kid looks pretty damn special as well...

Idk what's wrong with Z but something definitely is.
