The problem with his begging is that it doesn't carry the same "weight" (Hello Triple P!) as what the Kc guys do. He just lazily repeats "Let's get some subs" but it doesn't fit his content. It's just open begging nothing more. Anyway the best wayx to interact with Phil is to just talk about him. It makes him seeth because he simply doesn't have the reach to fight it. And only his dented cult (yes Phil, you - YES YOU!- have a cult) will believe it. He will forever be the guy who wanked of on stream. Nothing else. Mr Beast uses coded language and talks in a particular way to attract a younger audience. It's very simple minded shit.
Phil uses coded language and talks like he's talking to man children, handicapped people (mentally & physically) and socially inept people (as Joon identified).

The biggest difference is that Mr.Beast likely mostly deliberately decided on what language to use which is how he has become so effective (yet still a homosexual). DSP on the other hand just bruteforced all of this shit and rather than using Mr.Beast's "marketing" or "high-pressure sales tactics" DSP has just filled his wording with specific phrases and manipulative behaviors that he came to know to work well on his specific fanbase.

Ergo Mr.Beast can create another channel in another language and probably get a large amount of success (even if people didn't know it was him). He could also quit YouTube and go work in marketing for McDonald's or whatever giant company and use the same "tools" with some degree of success (again, he could do this even if he wasn't Mr.Beast)

DSP's tactics on the other hand are only effective on his highly specific audience (which as many have noted includes many actually disabled people but as many others have noted also includes a large amount of Europeans for some bizarre reason). DSP's tactics are also only "successful enough" in the current day & age because he has accrued ironic "troll supporters" who send him big bucks to watch his detractors get angry and also probably to manipulate and control DSP and piss off his legitimate fanbase - without these ironic supporters he wouldn't be making enough money whatsoever to survive on.

DSP can't take his current tactics and apply them anywhere else for the most part - not only because they only appeal to his very highly specific and bizarre audience but also because his entire shtick requires him to treat his audience in a highly parasocial way and to also manage them as "the cult of DSP". This is why he rarely ventures outside of his channel and the only time he has consistently done this is with Kino Casino (Triple Pimp) who just like his "ironic supporters" have effectively manipulated DSP into thinking the money/support they shower him with is actually correlated with DSP's success as a livestreaming personality. Any other times DSP steps outside the realms of his schedule autism and personal channel it either ends in almost no response or hostility from people since the way in which he acts is so insular.

It is also very apparent that if it weren't for the effectively decentralized and many-headed serpent (Hydra) of detractors that at this point seem like they have just as much of a cockroach-like ability to outlast everything (including DSP's boring ass fucking prestreams and even worse gaymplay) that DSP wouldn't have an "outside enemy" by which to chastise, blame and use as a means for energize supporters within his cult.

Without the decentralized network of detractors that make up the "Detractor Hydra" DSP would be worthless, and without DSP the "Detractor Hydra" would similarly be worthless.

Good point, we've seen what DSP's content does without a built-in audience/boost. DSP Throwback is his content organically, and it doesn't get 100 views. I would bet that if DSP stopped streaming, his views would fall off a cliff. He might get 100k if he's lucky, which on 60k+ videos, is pretty bad.

I will say that even if no detractors existed, he would still use them as a common enemy. That's where the cult like stuff starts, where he's just making up or exaggerating what people say about him. And really, he does that even now. He acts as if making fun of him is a big business, but really outside of people who stream, it's OK side money but it's not a full-time job. Snort Burnell gets 143k views a month, Snort Hogan is closer to DSP numbers at 300-400k, and Memology is at 546k.

In reality though, there are a lot of streamers who have people who clip them and make money shitting on them. As a public figure, it is what it is. Phil thinks he's entitled to make content online begging in peace with his tard audience, but the second you hit record, you're fair game to be shit on. Don't like it, go get a job.

Random observation and nothing new, but the views on DSPGaming are truly horrendous. Two-week-old videos don't even go past the 1K mark. If you scroll down to videos (much) older than two weeks, you'll get the same result: mostly between 300 to 800 views per video. That's dead channel territory right there...



The only exception in this example is the video where he smugly celebrated getting gifted 145 Youtube Memberships from a troll, bought with Argentinian currency, but completely fucked up the conversion rate, basically celebrating the fact he got around $5 instead of the $40 he erroneously claimed to have received.

Aside from that, a good time to post this time-series chart of DSP's declining viewership from the That Being Said tweeter account. It provides some pretty good khantext and is quite detailed when it comes to his viewership decline:

What it doesn't provide is an additional data series/line of his income from non-viewership sources (tips, subs). So even though DSP's viewership has obviously declined and he probably makes little to no money from his video catalog his income which came from viewership previously now comes from tips/subs.

What would be even more interesting is a 3rd data series/line that calculates the hypothetical number of people that are supporting him. I think that data can probably be yearned from the DSP tip tracker but perhaps somewhat complicated by people who use throwaway names - even then, the "large whale tips" obviously dominate his income, so the number of people supporting him on any given day is heavily skewed in proportion to the amount whales donate.

What would be even more interesting is a 4th data series/line that shows his calculated WWEC expenditure.

What would be even more interesting is if all four of these data series were embedded on something like pigpiggo, so you could search for keywords and at any given time get a pretty good idea of how few people are actually supporting him and when the last time he megawhaled on WWEC was.

Especially when you look at the last 24h when he had a bad interview and while sending sad/optimistic boomer GIFs on his tweeter was spending thousands of dollars on homosexual wrestling JPEGs.
