I think we are getting things mixed up. In California and a few other states, it is illegal to "eavesdrop" any conversation including text messages. But considering Steve willfully texted Phil, I wouldn't know if that applies to this case with Phil disseminating those messages without Steve's original consent. I would have to dig deeper than a five minute Google search.Lol he's going on about his state being a two-party consent state and how DSP read his text messages live on stream... (thereby implying DSP broke the law)
Is he somehow not aware that that only applies to voice recordings and not to fucking text messages?
He said he was ok with it but still that's hilarious. It's as bad as DSP trying to explain copyright law.
Unless I missed something, I don't think anyone wants a polygraph as a way to bring Phil to court or to accept he committed federal tax, I think it's about the spectacle of Phil being put in an embarrassing situation. As for true value, the only thing that could come out of it is confirming finally whether Phil knows he's lying or if he truly believes his own lies. I am personally of the idea that Phil would totally fool a lie detector because he is just that deluded. I think that after a certain point Phil truly believes his own narrative, a mix of his own gin-soaked brain retaining very little information and his constant "I did nothing wrong" motto that leads him to rewrite reality.Polygraphs are just pseudoscience. I don't know why Americans are still obsessed with them. They only work when you believe they work.
he kinda of looks like jigsaw here. The diss on the Ralphamale is a 8,5/10. A hog induced tsunami is imminent.

EOR and the pigroach shall meld into their final form, a Ralphiledophile. I say we dust off and nuke the site from orbit...
This is the quality of research I'd expect from someone associated with Kino Casino.
I hope this guy doesn't stick around the DSPVortex for very long, but if the cash keeps flowing in, he has no incentive to leave.
Whelp, at least he's more tolerable than Ingrid.
From Washington RCW 9.73.030 (1)(a): (Emphasis mine)Lol he's going on about his state being a two-party consent state and how DSP read his text messages live on stream... (thereby implying DSP broke the law)

Private communication transmitted by telephone, telegraph, radio, or other device between two or more individuals (...) without first obtaining the consent of all the participants in the communication.
(The PA Wiretap law refers to the "interception of the wire" but communications originating from/destined to you fall within that scope, see this)intentionally discloses or endeavors to disclose to any other person the contents of any wire, electronic or oral communication, or evidence derived therefrom
I seriously doubt it.So he's right, it counts.
In Pennsylvania, the Superior Court has ruled that text messages are more like emails and leaving voicemail messages, meaning that the sender knows the communication will be recorded and thus lacks a reasonable expectation of privacy.
I seem to recall he was called 'Triple P' on one occasion before interacting with Phil, but Phil has undoubtably cemented it as an alternative handle for PPP.It's funny that DSP established triple P (that's what we call him now) as a new name for PPP.
Something else I noticed is that he was being click-baitey about how he had gotten some "big info on the FOIA request" but didn't go into any detail. It seemed like someone from his chat knows/knew the officer that DSP purports handled his case, but God only knows if that's true. As much as I like the concept of using legal shit to force DSP to admit to his own bullshit, I think this is maybe a bit much. If Phail was going to own up to a damned thing then he would've by now, at least I'd think. So I tuned for two seconds to BSP's stream and he was just raging like a bitch because (surprise surprise) Phil called him a liar after the interview. It's funny how both were cordial on stream and acted like they deserved respect, but once they were on their own they went full internet tough guy again on the other. Couple of little cocksucking sissy faggot bitches, too cowardly to even insult each other via videocall.
It's funny but ultimately all of this will be moot on 3/26. It will be the five year anniversary from the bankruptcy and that kind of fraud has a five year statute of limitations on it from my limited research. So I would imagine all of the straight out lying will eventually stop once we get well past that point. I would not be surprised if by August/September he changes his tune to "well I had to lie about the bank leaks to protect my family" once he is out of reach from da law. Why would the government care? It's not the amount of the money that the government would care about. It would be that he lied during the hearing. Remember, Cain's sin wasn't merely that he killed Abel. What frustrated God was that Cain had the audacity to lie to Him. And the court thinks it is God. Just my take though. If Phil is going to use "DA LAW" (I'm talking about you, restreamers who WILL face federal time as per Phil) I think is funny to see Da lAw used back against Phil as its clearly something on his mind. Hes such a punitive bitch.
BSP has nothing and will never have anything. If by some remote chance he gets something, one would have to engage with BSP to learn about it, meaning it will not be funny, or interesting, only an annoying and tedious experience. BSP is going to try to bilk this because of his HONOR and PHIL LYING (who gives a fuck about what Phil says?) but actually because he’s bafflingly desperate to…get big in the detractorsphere. God bless, retard.Something else I noticed is that he was being click-baitey about how he had gotten some "big info on the FOIA request" but didn't go into any detail. One of the biggest things I wish Steve did was make Phil sign an affidavit that all of his statements he said re: the bankruptcy was true. Phil said that he doesn't care about affidavits so it would've been a good gotcha, just so we'd have another evidence to the pile. Just like the Polygraph, it would've also been a good powermove against his story because his refusal means he can't confirm/verify his story which, in his own terms, means it's a lie that couldn't have happened. It's funny but ultimately all of this will be moot on 3/26. It will be the five year anniversary from the bankruptcy and that kind of fraud has a five year statute of limitations on it from my limited research. I wouldn't give a shit if they were larpers either. If they are willing to give me cash for insulting them and treating them like trash I'd happily take their money and flaunt all the silly shit I bought with it.I think Phail knows his audience is comprised of dents (which includes so-called LARPers) and assorted undesirables such as Kirk and Derish.
He doesn't care. He's probably relieved to not have to make sense, he just has to get their money.
He does have two boys, the oldest is non-verbal autistic. A lot of grifters in the UFO community promise cures for a lot of mental illnesses and physical ailments and unfortunately, Autism "cures" are a common and expensive con that a lot of parents are desperate enough to sell their souls for. I'm sure a lot of this is personal for StevenHe must have more than one son because when he started asking Phil if he had ever been tested for autism he prefaced it with saying he has a kid who's severely nonverbal autistic. The other son said he didn't watch Phil so that one obviously isn't nonverbal.
God, seeing his soulless eyes from the front like this feels wrong.
Man, the kino casino shtick is turning into some kind of psychological experiment. Is DSP's narcissism and social ineptitude really strong enough to counter this absurd amount of clowning? Does he still think they genuinely like him?Kino Casino clip pn the whole thing
"See you on the show next Tuesday!"
-PPP to Steve
When it comes to media, it's often said that "Going to space" is the final breath of a dying franchise; often after it already jumped the shark. While I doubt Phil will every be physically launched into space; but being a UFO investigator, can we go ahead and say this is the "Going to space" Arc for DSP? Because where else do we go from here? When he gets on some interview with a fucking UFO investigator (seriously - we're at the stage of the DSP saga where he is getting interrogated online by UFO investigators) the entertainment isn't in providing finality that "oh my god, we caught him! DSP is a liar" the entertainment is in how he predictably does Olympic gold level mental gymnastics to try and pretend he has some hope of a defense when basically everyone with any sense knows that the short-bus of DSP being true & authentic and not a liar left the short-bus station years ago (with Derish on it)
