Huh? It's not meant to pat oneself on the back and is simply pointing out that Jon's channel, once used exclusively by Aaron's a-logs' "team" to advance their narrative, is now well known to Aaron's sweepers' "team" to use in advancing their counternarratives in a manner no less biased, so it was patently absurd for anyone in that Discord to think that pressuring Doom or other clippers to steer clear of that promo could somehow succeed in making it go unnoticed. That's the only point.

I really wonder if linking to a website that hosts unauthorized duplicates of her porn content qualifies under the NY or LV statute.
I would think that once you delete your porn accounts on which you personally hosted and shared them, they cease to be ok to share?

Is there legal precedent in either of both states for such a case?

The way Melton shared this was pretty straight up intended to harass, so that part he scored a 10/10 in and beat Aaron by a mile. lol

Of revenge porn?

No. Her Onlyfans shit counts as commercial porn. He's free and clear on that. If I were to post pictures from Hustler magazine here, Larry Flynt Enterprises could send a DMCA notice to Null, but the model(s) in the images couldn't get me for revenge porn.

Melton eats shit regardless of that though, because he did not consider X's more stringent ToS when doing this. Plus, she still retains copyright on those images and could invoke the DMCA if she wanted to.

Since its not hosted by him I do not see her getting anywhere with DMCA (in order to get at him). The only way for her to get to him would be if the sharing were to be considered criminal in some way, but I don't see that applying either because he did not actually share (as in duplicate) the images in any way.

I just think its funny that in the quest to prove Aaron is guilty of revenge pornography they are behaving in a more harassing manner than Aaron ever did.

My point is the DMCA is about her only recourse here to stem the spread of those images. And that's gonna be like a game of wack-a-mole.

But Melton is, just like he did with Aaron, going out of his way to dig up things about her and post them in the most public way possible.

I don't think sharing links to the pictures will go anywhere because she took and shared them publicly. But Melton is once again Nick's offensive line, doing what he can't.

I completely disagree, and that's only because we live in a universe with Keanu and Geno. Geno I don't have any ill will towards, but Keanu has no ass, no titties, and is legitimately one of the least insightful/thoughtful/eloquent people I've ever seen (maybe Denims could compete). Been away for a bit but did wake up to the wonderful news Tuesday morning that pedomelts twitter was suspended. As it violates Twitter terms of service in terms of potential revenge porn i suspect this could be permanent just like KBS old twitters were when he posted Keanu's pictures from bonelyfans.

I suspected that 2025 would be the year where the queen meltsdown. His schtick is old , who cares about Steeltoe and now he has no twitter. Hopefully his YouTube is next and cybercrimes charges to follow (those can take 6 months to a year ) .
