Sorry if this was posted recently, but what's the deal with the bandage wraps? Am I stupid or is that the wrong area? Maybe it's just for swelling, not the surgery? From her instagram. I can see what looks like gauze or some sort of pad stuffed into her shirt at the armpit, and chuck pads on the bed.

The more I look the more I figure that is the right location, but she's just so massive and has so much bulk on her frame that her armpit starts where I feel like a short sleeve should end.

Probably a hotel room she's in to recover before flying home? Who on earth spread the rose petals and filmed? If she's really getting a poor nurse to do this, that's... inappropriate imo. She'd never get away with such creep behavior as a man, and I don't really think it's acceptable for a woman either. If it's Jon that's different I guess, because he's paid and knows what he's in for. Medical staff aren't paid for this shit.

Honestly I think the only thing that keeps people from calling this creepy is that she is unattractive and has an aura of "quirk chungus immature woman." If some skinny woman was sick in bed recovering from a cancer surgery and filmed a "Sexual Healing", rose petal trail video that ended on a shot of a healing lumpectomy, I think people would find it highly morally offensive. It's not normal to sexualize medical procedures or recovery from them.

Obviously this wasn't a cancer surgery and was essentially cosmetic, but Anna hasn't been portraying this as a cosmetic surgery, she's been portraying it as medically needed for debilitating conditions.

I have to imagine there are fat fetishists who love to see her be crippled and appear bedbound - but I'm not sure Anna really wants to cater to fat fetish people so much as her mental immaturity makes her act retarded and in bad taste like this.

It's such a strange and fascinating charade she's hellbent on keeping up, no matter the economical or physical cost.

The surgery itself, the healing and the constant convincing that this is THE ONLY WAY must surely be 100% more draining than just showing up, checking in and lose weight over a 3 month span? Not to Anna.
This is the road she prefer to travel because here she is the victim.
The victim of a mysterious gene, the evil healthcare system and the million of haters that just dont understand how much of a victim she really is.
So she rather have quacks carving her up and making smiley faces out of her fat because that is her being "better off". This is her "fighting for her life" whilst going to fat camp it would be just that, another fat person losing weight. No drama, no flair just a fat woman who drinks too much and now gonna pay to get told "no" by a proper healthcare professional.

That's the opposite of what Anna think and believe about herself. In her head she's a warrior queen and going to rehab for fat dont really match with that inner image she clings on to for dear life.


As sad it is to see it's also damn interesting in a morbid kinda way. You dont often see people this delusional and deranged operating like everything is just business as usual. Love it.

Has your super fantastic medical team given you a long term outlook and plan to deal with that? As they seem to specialize in Very Special cases such as yours, what IS their experience with unfortunate victims of nasty genetic anomalies such as yours?

Were they able to show you stats from their work? How many cases of theirs have successfully maintained their surgically sculpted bodies for any period of time?

Have they made any suggestions about how to keep more ‘lipodema’ weight off other than breaking the laws of thermodynamics.

Did they have recommendations about what you should eat, how much and all that boring crap?

Do tell, Anna. You’ll be able to send much more business their way with more detailed information.

I think we’d all like clarification on that. This whole ALT surgery journey is sponsored by them, but the actual sponsorship deal isn’t revealed. In the early stages (before surgery) she filmed a video where she was being assessed by a PT that is a specialist in writing up reports to get health insurance approval, and Anna lied through her teeth. It led me to think that her sponsorship was to the level of any excess to insurance costs she might be responsible for. Her commitments under that sponsorship are to post videos recommending Roxbury Centre and Herbst for both youtube and Instagram, as well as feature in the ALT videos online. She’s also heavily promoted aids and treatments for other companies associated with Herbst and Roxbury, eg the compression suit and the Herbst pod treatment. Clearly they are looking for her to only post positive experiences.

She’s heavily sponsored for these procedures. I doubt her expenses run beyond her travel and maybe home nursing for the first week after surgeries.

The bandaging is for compression, to force fluids to drain from the area. It would be very difficult to try to cover the entire incision until she can move to a bolero compression garment as her incision runs from the lower armpit (at the breast) up through the entire armpit and down to the elbow. It’s not actually intended to cover the entire incision. Even after abdominoplasty, the compression corsets don’t always cover the entire surgical site, which is not just the horizontal wound as they also do upper abdominal tightening, and may even have a vertical incision up to the breast (Fluer De Lis abdominoplasty). The pads on the bed would be to soak up any drainage. She used them for her previous thigh liposuction procedures. If she had calves done this surgery then that explains them. It may also mean that her plastic surgeon didn’t place drains when he did her brachioplasty.

Interestingly Anna always said there were four surgeries planned, yet since this one she’s claimed there will be many more with Mr “board certified plastic surgeon” to come. Maybe only the first four are sponsored, and sexy plastic surgeon man has suggested other surgeries she could do. Maybe he’s talked her into a boob job, a plus sized panniculectomy, a nose job to help with her sleep aponea. Anything’s possible, especially now she’s hooked up with a quack team of specialists that are happy to operate without general anaesthetic which means they don’t need an anesthecist who will very likely use BMI to gatekeep their surgeries.
