Currently the ringleader, Jack "Ziz" Lasota, is being held in Allegany County (Maryland) Detention Center. He'd got a bail/bond hearing tomorrow at 11am.

He's being held on some fairly minor charges that ordinarily would probably get him out on bond, but maybe his weird cult activities around the country might prompt the judge to hold him.

Apparently in gun-grabber MD, having a handgun in your car is only a misdemeanor. There's a solid chance they'll make bond, if they've got any cult members free (maybe a local bondsman would work with them? but probably not out in western MD?).

Having jumped bail in the past is almost always credible ground for a judge not to grant bail going forward. Robert Durst wasn’t given bail for that reason.

From what I read in those exposé posts, they're playing dead to "reject the premise" of them being arrested.
They think if you stand for a mug shot, you're implicitly accepting that you have been arrested, that these people do have a form of authority over you and your actions, and in accepting this you are consenting to what happens to you.
I can see them playing dead as a way of protesting their situation.
"No, see, I'm not a part of your system, man. You can't make me stand for a mugshot. I'm dead. Bleeeh."

Probably a season long 10-15 episode podcast mini series or maybe one of those 12 hour long youtube documentaries after they finally get convicted. It does look like Teresa could be in that mugshot based on the surveillance images, but I remember a couple of people on X saying the wrong mugshot had been released and the initial posts with that photo were deleted. I didn't follow up on it, though.

It seems pretty obvious that the woman in the security footage is the woman in the mugshot. Interestingly, her forehead in the mugshot seems strangely orange, maybe she's been deliberately using bronzer or dark foundation to disguise herself.
