Troons don't understand that actual tits vary wildly from woman to woman. Not only in size, but also in shape and density. Most women don't have 10/10 ultra photogenic breasts. And even if they do, they won't stay that way forever. They don't know that even drop-dead gorgeous women can be super self-conscious about their boobs if they don't have the 'ideal' appearance.
Telling our new friend that women age and have imperfect tits and that those tits change in shape over time is like dream genocide don'cha know. You're disabusing him of the notion that transitioning means he gets to be a perfect woman forever.

I’m going to take you by your word and not assume you’re a troll. Please don’t. Only in very rare circumstances will breast implants look good and natural on a male body. Especially if you’ve been through male puberty. There’s only so much you can do. This surgery is much less risky than SRS but you’re also putting yourself in the danger zone for infections and whatnot.

Breasts do not sit that high up and firmly point outward like that and it almost seems like the implants are recessed into the abdominal area.
When I was trying to find anything to give me an idea of results there was little to nothing out there for my surgeon as far as images but she had great reviews. Understandably many people don't want to share the results and I was almost one of them... but I realized maybe sharing will help someone else so here I am. A new redit account so I can share anonymously about my results.
Was on the wait list for 4 years for bottom surgery. It finally happened! I had vulvoplasty just about 3 weeks ago with Dr. Dy at OHSU. The surgeon, nurses,and all the staff there were so sweet and made the whole experience so much more bearable.
Since I didn't post in real time ill just add a few pics to show healing over this time. # of days after are on the pics for reference.
Everything is healing within "normal" for the procedure. There is some wound separation on the lower left labia majora and some minor separation on the lower right as well but negligible in comparison to the left. There is a hematoma in the left labia and swelling is supposed to reduce as my body brakes it up. I'm sharing even the narly images because it's not uncommon to happen and images of less than stellar healing and results don't get posted often.

Very obviously getting worse instead of better, but we all know that what is obvious to people grounded in reality is anathema to troons.
