Aris was also a lot more knowledgeable and competent than Phil. There's an old video of him, a lot younger, without the dwarf beard, where he gives like a 2 hour Master's Thesis on Soul Calibur 2. Even at his best, Phil could just rattle off tier lists and other basic shit; Aris at his best could use big boy words and form paragraphs in his head.

Totally real story: When Phil made it big(tm) on YouTube, he sat across the person who fired him at his local Pizzeria (Vinny's?). And Phil shook his head. Yeah, that's it.

So Phil thinks overwhelming circumstantial evidence of something isn't proof enough to know if someone did something. And a police officer he talked to (confirmed by her having the same code as his case had for its reporting officer) is dismissed as fake or an actress because 'we only spoke for 10-15 minutes I'm normal so no way she remembers me'.
So in phils world if he walked out bloody knife in hand, with a dead kat in his home and a witness that he walked out holding a blood knife is not proof of anything. You didn't see him stab her so he's bascially utterly innocent and that witness is a liar or a crisis actor because they only saw him for a few seconds, no way they would remember him.
220 indeed.

My dad is friends with a retired cop and from his stories it's always the weirdo 220 types that get remembered, even over people they had to take in on a regular basis. He's had people resisting arrest a lot of times but he still vividly remembers a case from over 30 years ago where who he calls a "Bruce Lee gypsy" started doing spinning back kicks and shit like that while resisting arrest. So yeah, I buy that while she didn't remember his name, she remembered a weirdo who gave her a prestream and bragged about how much money he makes and how he works six days a week full time and the like while also pretending that he's afraid for his life over an online death threat he received.

I looked up Phil's keyboard and mouse for anyone wondering how much of a sucker he is.
Keyboard: Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED (costs $230, on sale right now for $123)
Mouse: Logitech G705 LIGHTSPEED gaymen mouse (costs $80)

The keyboard deal is pretty good, so if you're looking for one maybe think about getting one (It's a top of the line keyboard, reviews are amazing).
But you know Phil didn't buy it on sale, so he paid ~$310 for the whole kit.
