Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Also, watching a German diplomat cry while delivering a speech, what the fuck happened to Europeans? What a bunch of fucking pussies.
In the 20th century the only ones worth a damn either emigrated to the United States, died in humanity's two largest wars, or got murdered by communists inbetween (and during) the wars. And all of this occurred before the midpoint of the century no less.

Starmer really is alone on this.

So not only is it painfully obvious that Ukraine is going to lose the war because of depleted manpower soon, but not even Europe except the UK is willing to send their military to assist Ukraine. Russia didn't even have to do anything while Starmer helped Russia embarrass Europe on what a EU military can do without the US if they were to fight along Ukraine.

Is there any indication kiev might gain relevant territory in the next few weeks? - say kherson or even donetsk city? I heard donetsk oblast is pretty spotty regarding russia's grip on it... I'm wondering if trump might have reason to blueball putin a little longer to give zelensky a little more territory... which would be a shit sandwich for the peeps on the ground, obviously...
Sorry bud, but there are zero circumstances where prolonging the war will lead to ukraine gaining territory. Even if the guy with a funny doggo avatar on twitter says so.

Why are you like this? Seriously. You're watching a creature of (((their))) making and equate that with Germans and Europeans. Not one of our politicians is representing us. Stop acting like this is the average person.

Heusgen is a childhood friend of George W. Bush. And Angela Merkel's creature. He's practically a poster boy for a woke infested neo con. He studied in Switzerland and Paris. His whole being is transatlantic and not European. So fuck off and stop acting like your mess is our responsibilty.

That line is simple and implied, learning from those mistakes. Germans didn't learn so much as get brow-beaten into conclusions where your government hates German citizens.
There's a fine line tho'. If you go overboard and revel in having lost (like us Germans) then it's counterproductive too. You have to find a healthy balance.

The same thing happened earlier when it was still connected to the Russian grid:

- Some industries are more sensitive to spot energy prices and halt temporarily when they're disadvantageous
- Spot prices for big, power hungry businesses fluctuate wildly, compared to what individual consumers are experiencing
- Which power grid they're connected to has only a secondary effect on these prices. Connecting to the EU grid means they have more options to buy and sell energy at opportune moments because the sources are more diversified, meaning they're isolated from shocks such as higher fossil fuel prices
- Estonia largely covers its own demand
This is the dumbest cope I've read in a long time.

Butthurt Balt hands wrote this nonsense.

My old man's friend has a bad case of Trump derangement syndrome. My pops told me his long time friend is absolutely seething about Trump asking for billions worth of rare earth minerals from the Ukrainian government. Which gets me thinking, do libtards not realize how loans work? Did people think that the craziness of the Biden-Harris admin would continue infinitum? The fucking party is over.

According to Liberal Hivemind, internet sleuths have found it is the same guy that laughed at Trump some years ago.

What drives them?
Bad teeth and other inferiority complexes. Also: being cucked monarchists.

And thanks for indulging my lazy ass by answering in good faith at all. I just knew to not bother even asking that in the hohol thread.
Because the stuff I read there even months ago was always completely delusional, even some out of the loop niggerfaggot could sense that.
I also looked at map timelapses a little and don't see them taking anything either now.
This thread passes the derangement syndrome test with flying colors.

I actually asked an older British co-worker (Who immigrated to the States) about this and he said pretty much:

"I can't speak for the other countries. But most of the men who made Great Britain worth a damn either died in the wars or died of old age since the wars.

And their kids haven'tbeen worth a shit because they've been raised to be ashamed of everything their ancestors did to make the country strong."

Again the misconception that it's none of the US's doing, and they just helped the underdog with loans.
Can't wash your hands when your predecessors (and you, Donald) installed the puppets that provoked the war, and armed the country.

Trump is brokering a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine for two reasons: Ukraine has lost significant manpower (enough to the point where they cannot maintain a foothold on whatever territories they control), and to slowly cripple BRICS (and by proxy China) by reopening US-Russia relations.
I think you have it backwards a bit.
This is not a war between ukraine and russia. This is a proxy war between the US and russia, the US using UA as a proxy. Therefore, Trump really is bartering peace between the US and Russia. Ukraine and the EU is not invited, because they're vassals/proxies. If the US cuts the lifeline, the war will be over this way or that way.
He's basically saying that his neocon predecessors were idiots to provoke this war, and he wants out "oppsies".

His and the US taxpayers bitching about muh billions, loans and rare earth is pretty retarded, as it was your previous government who engineered this whole clusterfuck.

Regarding BRICS and China, you're absolutely correct. Trump has this wishful thinking that he can drive a wedge between china and russia, but as others pointed out, Putin is very keenly aware that even if Trump can be 100% trusted (which is already a stretch), he'll leave office in 4 years, and then what? His relations with China and Xi dates back decades.

Yeah, the dems really salted the earth on that - fucking warmongers. Way worse than bush jr.

In brief, no. They're having some success in slowing the Russian advance through heavy use of drones. Those have some success defensively in driving back advances. But they're not sufficient to gain territory and Ukraine doesn't seem to have the ground troops to actually advance. Which is pretty horrifying given they were the largest army in Europe. It suggests their casualty numbers are truly terrible. I mean, any casualties are a tragedy in an avoidable war but Ukraine's might be staggering when we finally learn the truth. Its leaders have repeatedly refused to withdraw for political reasons leaving troops to die defending or to die retreating because they've left it to the last second and have no safe route out. And they've redirected their best equipped troops to the insane Kursk incursion which is either a political gambit to have territory to exchange with Russia (madness because Russia wont bargain over something they can and are already taking back themselves) or was some crazy Hail Mary attempt to reach the Nuclear Power plant there for whatever speculated reason. That leaves its Eastern front people by desperately undermanned and exhausted remaining troops living under a fragile shield of drones to keep the Russians at bay.

Unlike some I don't go whole hog on Russia is unstoppable. Plainly the Western Ukranians have held them at bay for a substantial period of time and many of their soldiers have fought like absolute tigers. But Ukraine is losing. There's pretty much zero doubt of that. They probably could seize land back here and there and actually the Russians do fall back situationally and bit are regained. But it's pretty localised and doesn't last. It's been said by others but Russia's goals are not territorial (not much). Russia has land and natural resources in abundance. Its goals are about security of their borders. If Ukraine went all out in some big push, they would regain land. The Russians would fall back in good order, extracting a colossal price from the Western Ukranians for every km. And when they ran out of steam the Russians would just roll back in. It's how they prosecuted a lot of the early parts of the war.

It's not much of a problem to drown it down to the bottom of the ocean but then, what about Ireland, what about Scotland? What about Welsh?
Scotland is a lost cause. ireland, well, i lived there and i would save irish dance and a couple friends before dropping the nuke.

That's actually relatively tasteful, compare that to the satanic ceremonial opening of a tunnel in Switzerland

havent seen the ceremonial and not going to watch it, but the gottard basis tunnel was no mean feat, and done without fanfare.

This is the dumbest cope I've read in a long time.

actually is likely true that it happened before, but you can be sure the balts will get ass dry raped by the european grid system, ask the norwegians how it went for them. or the finns,
a finnish colleague who proudly bought an EV at some stage was paying over 1 euro per kwh. a relative in italy saw the kwh price going up 8x.

It'd probably take a disaster of biblical proportions for Putin to say that between the US and China, the former is the lesser of two evils.

Thanks for clarifying the rest though.

Zelenzky is running his mouth, saying he has 58% approval rating, that Trump is falling for Russian disinformation, and the US didn't give as much as they claim.
Expect Zelensky to fall out of a window soon.
I guess he will keep running his mouth, the US will put an offer down on the table which is acceptable for Russia, and Ukrainians who are not Zelensky, and someone will take Z-man out to pave the way for peace.

I dunno. Any deal acceptable for Russia would surely be unacceptable for the likes of Azov and other ultranationalists. And those are the ones most likely to throw anyone out of a window and at the same time also the ones most likely to prevent that from happening. So as long as Zelensky is on good terms with them I don't see that happening.
