I hope i am not the only one numb to seeing this stuff now. Whenever i see any accusations i don't feel anything because it seems everyone is now an annoying vigilante waiting for their time to be the next person to call attention to and bring justice.

Most people want to become the next MamaMax or the next commentary channel discussing drama that'll be forgotten in a month. I'm at this point to where if they dramatize/sensationalize the thumbnail or title, then I know they're just making the video to be one of the firsts to talk about something major. Maybe it is to bring attention and justice but they all say the same things in the end.

The FNAF community is most likely filled with such people so these sort of channels basically got unlimited ammo cause nowadays you're hearing about people being exposed as pedos, groomers, etc. essentially every week across the internet. How these guys aren't desensitized themselves baffles me—probably because they know it's easy bank.

Inherently anything that resonates with kids will have freaks in it so yeah you'll never run out of exposing weirdos but I agree that i don't know how they're just not sick of it. My thing has always been if there is not substantial evidence to actually get someone they claim is a pedo arrested it's nothing more than sensationalism. It's usually a bunch of he said/she said/well maybe nonsense.

Is there a list of good horror series on youtube? I tried searching and got mostly true crime click bait titles. Something mature not zoomers being scared of hallways or immature use of swearing and gore.

Some of the examples of this probably are just zoomers trying to be funny, but most of it's more likely to be kids including it in their videos because their favourite analog horror channels did it first. Unfortunately, what was once a genre which had tons of room for new approaches and variety has become extremely narrowed down and oversaturated.

In slight defense, what he dealt with was unnecessary, yes. But then again, I think it's for the best if it was cancelled. Remember that people really only gassed this dude up because he was 15 at the time when he made it and created it on his phone. That's it. They've constantly gaslit that the series was amazing, a true tale of horror or something, when it's just your basic, bare bones analog horror video that's been done a quadrillion times. This is what happens when you just let anyone, regardless of quality, get up there. People will just replicate that because they know how easy it is to get big in the Analog Horror scene by effectively doing the bare minimum.

He's just a kid, though. I wish him the best and I'd rather he just stay away from communities generally. It's clearly too much for him and peeps like him don't really need all that pressure instilled to them. He still got his supporters and they're willing to mooch up anything he makes or advertises so he's still getting his earnings.

But seriously. This community's in dire need of quality control.

I've talked about this in the thread but a lot of people (I assume including some people here) had their own ideas that probably could've gotten the same reaction if we had the means or the lack of self-awareness to make them public. To create analog horror usually is to make slop and take it really personal when not everyone calls you the next Spielberg, as a lot of teenaged writers may do.

Is a lose-lose situation because more than just feedback we have to embrace that we'll fuck it up and that may serve to develop your own creative voice. In a way I respect and even envy that these kids did what I didn't have the balls to do when I was their age or that they didn't put excuses about not having anything professional but I speak from experience when I say that almost every single analog would be destroyed by a deadbeat middle school English/media teacher or any other person with mid to average media literacy that isn't parasocially attached to the scene.

Making this shit at 15 ain't impressive when you look at it and it looks every bit as something a 15yo would make. I applaud the courage to share it, the drive to make it but if I'm not glazing it the zoomer will think I'm bullying him. Unknowingly had the worst of both worlds, the entire fanbase seemingly existed to counteract its detractors and they went out that way. That's arguably worse than being one the thousands of people creating something for no one.

I dont think any of these were not widely known, the Moment of Truth one was already covered by Blameitonjorge, the next segment was about The Mexia Supermarket, the one after that is the Megan Wants a Millionaire murder, both of these were also already covered by Jorge, followed by the To Catch a Predator Suicide, ending with the footage of the guy who got mauled/eaten by a bear on camera, Timothy Treadwell

It was a pretty drab video and none of these were any interesting or covered anything new with any of the cases, afaik

Nah these are all things that have been covered before, even within his own friend circle. Nexpo and Nick are clearly double dipping their content at this point it's really lazy over the past year. Optimistic me says they're maybe doing something larger-scale with Liminal Land, but realist says they're just phoning it in at this point and banking on the cult of personality horrortubers have around them to avoid criticism for it.

I cannot take anything Orbit says seriously anymore. The moment he replaced his avatar with that stupid faggy fursona, I swear it feels like he intentionally went out of his way to make his voice sound like an amalgamation of every nerd stereotype combined. What a sad way to see my favorite low subs digital horror garbage reviewer go.
