I believe USAID ought to be reoriented to support long-term American allies as well as NGOs that promote financial and political stability (American interests') in the Third World rather than gutting every last bit. Countries like Thailand have no excuse for relying on American tax dollars to come save Burmese refugees who've been in their country for many years, and which they could completely pay for on their own, but it really makes no sense to cut everybody off so suddenly, leaving allies confused while our enemies laugh at us. This kind of snap decision making does not advance American interests any moreso than handing condoms to Hamas.

If you think America has it bad, Russia was running out of white people before the war; hence why the war was waged to absorb the white Ukrainian population into Russia, which has the most similarities to white Russians. Add on top the economic sanctions and the disintegrating social cohesion. And the war just thinned out that white population even more. Most of the voters who voted for Trump knew that he pushed policies that would harm them because he openly said he'd push policies like tariff wars and pulling out of Ukraine.
