Destiny's mentioned a few time he believes the worst thing about these types of situations is reputation damage. He probably has swallowed the truth about the case, and knows he's going to have to settle. He just wants to control the stories context narrative, he's gaslighting his audience into thinking he's just a victim in this, and painting KF and Rose/Solo as the villains.

Rachel should consult with a lawyer right now to get a trust set up for Nathan before all these women (and maybe guys) win money in lawsuits against Destiny. Nathan may need to change schools multiple times in the future plus get counselling all because of Destiny's disturbed behavior.
