Legal Mindset also brings up that even if Destiny's lawyers (if they exist) saw the document, he does not believe they knew Destiny would stream him reading the document and they did not know that Destiny's chat would be displayed next to the document. Legal Dicksucker mentioned that Pxie's lawyers could further point to the chat comments from Destiny's stream that are displayed next to the document can be further used for their case against Destiny.

Destiny's off site / DGG chat is what actually got him permanently banned from Twitch and now it is going to further fuck him over in this lawsuit.

It is a million percent clear that Lonerbox is a bitter bitch and his last weeks crashing out lead to all of the Pxie stuff getting revealed. It's not ridiculous to say that Destiny only cares about his public image because his whole statement was written specifically for his audience and isn't a defense of anything than more whining about everyone being out to get him, which is the narrative he wants to keep selling them.

Where did I say it IS explicit clearance? My point was that with what actually happened, his version of the story isn't completely helpless defence line. He can claim he wasn't malicious etc.
