I will never forgive those cocksuckers trying to claim NTA being in a forum gang of eastern europeans larping as Rastafarians was racist and/or homophobic.
Between him, Silent, and Alexander Blade, Neither Cockstar nor the "community" deserve them.
So far, after reading this, I feel NTA was in too over his head for FiveM. I still feel for the guy since his original vision of a seamless open-world MMO was squandered by opportunists and haggled by executives. I say "in over his head," by not holding his friends accountable for not maintaining their roles for FiveM. They just walked all over him while collecting full pay for doing nothing at least and plotting behind his back at worse.

Absolutely not. The guy has talent to spare and had a detailed plan about how to bring his pet project to life. His mistake was trusting retards who didn't know 1/10th of what he did that he could mold them into a ragtag yet passionate modding studio.
This is a guy who could port IV to V over a week for fun during a time when most modders who tried would get instant CTDs the moment anyone tried their conversions.

Oh.
Yeah, agreed.
My guess is he wanted to believe he could whip them into shape and try and become the next id.

Yeah he doesn't have the killer instinct of a businessman. He's a programmer at heart and a friendly introvert. What he needed was a John Romero to his John Carmack.

There's a saying: keep your business life and your personal life separate. This is one reason why.

Funny how a game series about grand theft auto is very protective with their IPs and uses the legal system in hostile ways.

Wait, what's the full sorry behind this? I somewhat remember but missed mos of the details.

If I can't go down to the beach and kill all the fat nigger bitches in the bikinis I won't even buy GTA VI even on sale.

I mean not just for that.. it is a kind of canary in the coal mine/lowest hanging fruit though. If there are limits on that, beyond the retarded new police/wanted level systems in the newer games (IV and V), as well as lack of no wanted level cheats... things are fucked. Random chaos and fucking around the world is probably 75% of my time playing GTAs. Things are already bad enough.. that would kill it.

Speaking of which.. I noticed the bots and shills staring up on places like reddit over a year ago with threads like "I don' think i'm going to randomly want to kill people or go on rampages".. complete with people hoping for things like invisible police on radar, more aggressive police and harsher consequences for random violence, in the name of "realism" of course. Oh and because of becoming "more mature"... The ground work is already being laid for "lol you actually care about that?" 2.0, "why do we even need o do that?" and justification narratives. We really need to gatekeep harder. Especially if we ever get gaming back from normies and progressives.

Oh and seemingly actual calls for over the op realism.. limited weapons, ammo and health etc. JFC realism retards are deranged. No everything, especially fiction, needs to be realistic. So much media of all kinds is ruined by this shit. Not just gameplay but narrative wise too. In he form of "gritty", grim-dark and edgelord.

More aggressive police is what they want? Holy shit, in GTA V they are obnoxiously aggressive. You put down your controller for a minute to take a piss and your character idle standing near a ped will have the cops coming for your ass like you're Tim McVeigh. If anything in GTA V they could have been toned down a whole lot, they're downright suicidal in their efforts to get your ass.

Yup, indeed. insanity. I play these games to have fun, not play morality LARP. Some morons even want cops to try and stop you (wanted level) for not driving within the law. These people are retarded!

I really hate the people that want real world brands in game. Half the charm is the fucked up products and advertisements.

I really hope they bring back some of the goofy elements of the past games, I want insane stunt bonuses, rampages, flame throwers, hidden packages.

too lazy to search for some sort gta community watch (if there even was one) so i just gotta send this here just in case anyone interested to look at this
I'm not sure what would be more autistic, if the main man just wrote that whole thing in the third person, or if someone else close to him wrote it in such a way as to make it look like he did.

Regardless, great stuff, hope it fucks over everyone who screwed the actual talent over.

I bet you don't even enjoy driving within the speed limit in Mafia. You sound like the kind of person who thinks it's 'fun' to kill a gang of Hari Krishna or beat hookers to death with dildos.

Mafia and GTA have different design philosophies. Mafia takes a more methodical approach with its open world reality. GTA focuses on freedom.

Why not?

The common belief is that Ryder was never meant to betray Grove Street due to MC Eith having disputes with R*. That was debunked by MC Eith himself. I think it was poor writing by R* itself during development and/or MC Eith is saving face with other obligations. Smoke and Tenpenny are the best well-written characters in the San Andreas arc, so I can see how Ryder's arc feels rushed in comparison.

So this will be the future of GTA 6, get a bunch suckers to pay for monthly fee to get access to most stuff. Is there really a market for people to pay money to get access to a cars and flashy private garage?

It's about damn time the improved fire effects and ray tracing got ported over, GTA V on PC w/ NaturalVision Evolved will probably look as good, if not better than GTA VI at this rate
