Reactions from reading "the final response" manifesto:
While Pxie posted on her Substack that she "
had to contact" me about the situation, first, this was the first time I was actually even made aware that explicit material of me involving others was being posted on Kiwi Farms.
This might be the first time he heard that it was actually posted on Kiwi Farms, but lets not forget that i) Solo threatened to leak more ii) jstlk informed Destiny of the explicit material beforehand, and Destiny did not remove the material. Destiny is trying to obfuscate him not informing Pxie of the material he sent to others without consent that had been compromised (which he knew), with him not informing Pxie that the material was released on KF (which he claims he didn't know).
Pxie
messaged me, informing me she was planning on committing suicide [...] these messages were very out-of-character.
Here's how Destiny described a younger Pxie: "You were yo-yoing like crazy between ultra-suicidal ideation thoughts..."
At this point, I noticed her language was also taking a sharply pointed and more deliberate tone, with words like "justice", "nonconsensual," and "vulnerable" showing up for the first time in our messages
Destiny is perplexed that words like "justice," "nonconsensual," and "vulnerable" shows up when discussing how she had her material shared
without consent,
illegally, and
seen by thousands of people.
with family members (including my 13 year old son) being spammed with explicit videos of me
This is obviously bad, but more than anything Destiny is pointing out his failure as a father. Nathan was also active both in his Discord and DGG chat during this time.
One of them communicated with me that Pxie needed me to "
suffer" in order for me to understand that I'd committed a wrong, as though I hadn't already suffered enormously due to the explosive coverage that already existed of my leaked material.
Is this dude retarded? If a drunk driver crashes and kills his passengers, but his car is wrecked, can he avoid charges of manslaughter because he has already suffered from his totaled car?
Pxie dropped her substack statement about me [...] this also refreshed the attention on all of the leaked material, mine and Pxie’s included, and brought awareness of it to a much, much wider audience than ever before, leading to an exponential increase of harassment across every social media platform I'm on.
Destiny blaming Pxie (among others) for the harassment. Let's be clear, this is part of Destiny's plan to discredit Pxie. "She wanted to keep this on the down-low, but
actually she is just a money hungry whore." Destiny fails to grasp that Pxie's evaluation is multifactorial: her desire to keep it on the down-low is opposed to her desire for justice. This does not invalidate her claim/wish to keep it from becoming more public. It is also completely legitimate to seek financial recompense for wrongdoing.
Pxie going public was something I hadn't heavily considered because it seemed to worsen both of our positions on virtually every front. Her part in the leaked material had been
virtually unknown up to that point
Let's be clear. Things were heating up with the PS and Cope & Seethe videos, whether Pxie released her statement or not. Containment was temporary.
I also felt far more confident in my suspicion that this was all, ultimately, about extracting the maximum amount of money from me.
This was all, ultimately, about you trying to impress some 17yo (probably) Discord ethot showing no consideration for anyone else.
Pxie
had deleted her message to me where she'd even implied a higher dollar amount than what I'd be comfortable with, seemingly tried to cover her tracks by implying I could "
donate to a charity"
Pxie mentioned to a 3rd party that she would be willing to donate to a charity...to cover her tracks of saying to Destiny that she felt any dollar amount she asked for would be too high?!
In my world, it’s generally just fun to see someone you’re speaking with engaging in sexual acts.
"In my world"...lol
When the idea of making recordings comes up with someone, there are a few different categories people tend to fall into. For people who are extremely concerned with their privacy or material possibly leaking, I generally just recommend we don't record anything at all, as there's always some risk that stuff can leak and it's just not worth the anxiety of having any material like that recorded. If someone still wants to record something after that, I would generally just have them record on their phone for them to keep hold of the material. Other people don’t view it as a catastrophe if the material leaked and have already made recordings of themselves and others and exchanged them with other people.
Since Destiny did infact record Pxie, and did keep the material himself, Pxie falls into the third category of "don’t view it as a catastrophe if the material leaked and have already made recordings of themselves and others and exchanged them with other people"? The sexually inexperienced, 19yo, with suicidal ideation would not find this catastrophic?
Furthermore, Destiny himself is crying about how catastrophic this is for him. Maybe he wasn't built for "his world," and should stop his degeneracy.
conversations guessing as to whether or not any of the leaked material was consensually shared was a hot topic of discussion following the initial leaks
Proceeds to not address whether he shared any material without consent.
Destiny claims multiple guys, Pxie claims one guy (her ex). Destiny provides no evidence. In the provided image, Pxie says she "took some videos with the guy."
At no point in any of these conversations did Pxie ever mention having explicit consent from any of these other men to share these videos with me, and I have no way of contacting them today to find out if she did. All this to say, consent was being reasonably understood by both sides of this situation.
????
In several places, Pxie
deliberately uses language that makes it sound as though I am simply sending explicit material containing only her to another person. This is not the case. The material in question is an explicit video of me and her *together*.
Retard thinks this matters to the other person?
She also repeatedly claims that the main purpose of the statement was about
preventing me from harming other women. If that was the case, why did she contact me at all prior to releasing it? Why was her publishing this statement
contingent on my response to her and how much I was willing to pay her?
Pxie specifically mentioned in the leaked conversations of the "negotiation" that any private punishment should ensure that he wouldn't do this again (
"money is the strongest reinforcement and losing it is the strongest punishment. I do not believe he will stop his actions unless if he faces some level of punishment," "
I want to know he will never do this again, and I think this would be the most effective method of doing so")
she’s also sure to
link directly to any tweets involving other high profile figures I spoke with, likely with the goal of getting others to tweet her statement at them
And the high profile figures appreciate it
She also makes it explicitly clear that her goal is to simply inflict as much damage onto me as possible
Provides no evidence for this claim. The leaked "negotiations" says otherwise ("
obviously I don't want him destitute," "
I don't want to cause unnecessary harm or suffering to Steven," "
I don't want Steven to go through criminal court")
This time, the letter was citing Florida civil statute
784.049 for sexual cyberharassment, which requires malicious intent when publishing images.
Interestingly, this was the only (of four) statues he brought up. Guess he has no qualms with the other ones?
Thankfully, the demand to settle our dispute was a reasonable one, with Pxie only requesting
$15,000,000 (+ legal fees lol)
Is it proper etiquette to leak from a demand letter?
A phone call followed between our two law firms to discuss the absurdity of this demand.
Why would the firm working on suing KF/Solo/etc confer with the firm working on defending Destiny regarding the demand letter?
In summary, he doesn't address the allegations. No apology, no empathy. Most of it is just Destiny whining about him being the main victim and random conspiracy theories about Lauren DeLaguna and Pxie's motivations...
