IMHO the is the greatest lolsuit document ever created. We are witnessing a man lose his mind in real time through legal filings. He should commit himself to the looney bin now before it is too late and he hurts himself or someone else.

May I direct your attention to this absolute banger back in 132-1 in July?

At this rate, Shitlips may have to continue this charade from the looney bin.

He has multiple deadlines coming up (which he can never seem to honour because Defendant keeps frivolously defending themself), $775.74 to pay and I think he's hoping the amended complaint will buy him some time. Having to actively participate in his case and playing whack a mole with filings and requests for sanctions he keeps necessitating is really exacerbating his trauma lumps.

Just tell the Judge you consider the 2 anons you've now listed as defendants served because you view them as agents of Jersh and you don't want to do the legwork actually serving them.

Unfortunately, even if such a hare-brained scheme worked, you still have to follow court procedures and the tangle of deadlines and tug of war shit you're doing with Mr Hardin would be tripled. Try not to get the wind blown out of you having to substantiate your bullshit to 3 separate entities + the court.

I think Hardin has been extraordinarily helpful towards Greer. He tells Russ what he needs to do to proceed. All Russell has to do is follow the instructions that Hardin has laid out for him. If I'd been Hardin I would have been much more oblique, much less personable and left Greer to try and figure it all out on his own.

Unfortunately, anything short of a message from Hardin telling him that he's won and Josh will turn over all of his assets continuously fall on mobius syndrome ears. ie. goes in one ear and comes straight out of the other, totally bypassing the non-functioning Downs Syndrome brain lodged somewhere between those ears.

I see no way it's possible to conceive of the idea that Greer could handle adding two more opposing lawyers to this case. He has already stated multiple times that just having to respond to one makes it impossible for him to meet his deadlines. I don't see how any of this going forward can be viewed as anything but a waste of court time and taxpayer money.

So catching up with everything. Basically Greer says that the documents are easily obtainable from PACER so for some reason that means the he doesn't actually have to get them. Then for the other two users that he wants to add in, obviously he'll just say that since they're on Null's site then Null should do Greer's job and serve them, even though one user hasn't logged in for years and Null would just have the IP address for the other that isn't identifying by itself.

Also extreme creep that's been convicted of harassment calls others creepy



Then his "death threat" emails he couldn't even be bothered to just screenshot the actual email itself and instead just shows the subject lines, cause I guess him receiving promo emails from Disney is relevant.

With these emails probably having been sent by Greer himself, since they don't include a picture of Hitler, I'm kind of surprised Greer hasn't tried to pull a Jenkins Jinkies in this thread with an extremely retarded gayop account.

I'm anxious to see the judge(s) give him the judicial equivalent of "Tough titties, YOU brought this action before the court" when he continues to protest.

I'm really looking forward to Monday. The poor clerks, they've got their work cut out for them. Greer has likely sent or will be sending a spittle-flecked response over the weekend to ECF 234, the most recent motion for sanctions, as well as to the surprise motion to stay we got yesterday from Hardin. The judge will presumably respond to Greer's desperate begging yesterday to reconsider/set aside/order defense to show cause. And if we're lucky (we aren't, usually), the judge will tell the little fucker, "Motions DENIED. You have until end of business today, as previously ordered, to produce the restraining order to the defense and to show cause why you should not be sanctioned for failure to do so LONG before now."

The court has been letting the dog piss and shit all over the carpet for years now, so why they would get upset at the behavior now of all times is beyond me.

The Magistrate Judge has been extremely permissive, but his patience does appear to be wearing thin. He agreed Shitlips should be 5K in the hole, but was overruled by the District Judge.

Basically Greer says that the documents are easily obtainable from PACER so for some reason that means the he doesn't actually have to get them.

There is the small matter of Russ promising to provide the documents because it's no big deal and the Judge compelling him to do so at Mr Hardin's request.

He never actually ruled on the 5k indicated by Hardin. The District Judge jumped in to cut it down to 1k before the Magistrate had a chance, so we don't actually know what number he would've hit Greer with. Could've been the full amount, or more, but I suspect it still would've been less.
