If someone made me listen to them practice guitar poorly, I'd complain that they make it stop. Being stuck at the social security office is enough of a torture in and of itself.

My recollection is that he claims he cannot get on troon meds because of complications with his other medical conditions, such as a heart problem, but he does intend to eventually do it when those are settled. He's been saying this for years. So, yeah, any day now.

Dave is unhealthy but he also spins a lot of bullshit about his health. IIRC he claims the HRT is precluded by his heart problems, as @WhiteNight says.

The simplest explanation: he only wants the oppression points of being trans, plus the opportunity to creep on young women it affords him. He literally is too lazy and cheap to wear anything other than comfy sweat pants and that hoodie. Or wash them, or himself, for that matter. His money goes on guitars, fast food and cat food. His time goes on guitar wank, whinging about his parents, and creeping on young women using his oppression and cute kitten as bait. His failure to get laid is one proof that God has not totally abandoned us.

Plus most real troons would just take the risk anyway.
