Greer's increasingly demented attempts at nursing the gaping narcissistic injury that he has dealt himself, would indicate that the survival mechanisms that form the kernel of his low-level feral intelligence are labourng with their usual inefficiency, informed by his gamblers fallacy that next time the cards will fall in his favour. Not that any of that matters. Life could deal him a royal flush and he would still somehow fuck it up.

Regrettably, Greer's court actions are the only area of his miserable existence where his behaviour is tolerated and, to a certain extent, enabled. The stakes of failure are low for him. Consequently, this is where he will continue to make his plays. Everywhere else in his life he is a complete non-entity, not as he believes entirely due to his appearance, but on account of his rancid personality which has curdled every meaningful relationship he ever had. He is a truly wretched human being, whose god-given misfortunes are greatly outweighed by those he has visited upon himself. He is deservedly trapped in a cycle of failure of his own making. On some level I think that he is aware of this. It is a shame that other people have been made to suffer for his weakness of character and his sense of self-entitlement.
Damn a complaint generator post! Welcome back to 2005 and the reign of EZboard!

It's amazing how well it fits Russhole and his failures. How many attempts did it take to make one so accurate is probably fooled many of the readers in this thread?

IDK that post honestly doesn't seem much different to how I would construct a response. Oh god! Does this mean I'm really just a bot?!

*Hyperventilates in the corner concerning potential existential crisis*

No, but Hardin should demand that all 5 John Does be served before we proceed.

The real twist is when its revealed that John Doe #5 is actually Hardin himself!

So catching up with everything. Basically Greer says that the documents are easily obtainable from PACER so for some reason that means the he doesn't actually have to get them. Then for the other two users that he wants to add in, obviously he'll just say that since they're on Null's site then Null should do Greer's job and serve them, even though one user hasn't logged in for years and Null would just have the IP address for the other that isn't identifying by itself.

Also extreme creep that's been convicted of harassment calls others creepy

Then his "death threat" emails he couldn't even be bothered to just screenshot the actual email itself and instead just shows the subject lines, cause I guess him receiving promo emails from Disney is relevant.

With these emails probably having been sent by Greer himself, since they don't include a picture of Hitler, I'm kind of surprised Greer hasn't tried to pull a Jenkins Jinkies in this thread with an extremely retarded gayop account.
Isnt all IP data purged within 30 days?

See? It's such a crappy paragraph. What the hell is he even saying here? The whole thing is just word salad.
It really is. I’d blame an AI but that’s an insult to AI. None of the things mentioned have any connection to Utah, and the one that he’s argued before he forgot his stupid brokenass middle terms.

How do Defendants cause Greer’s intellectual property to be copyrighted?
Proofreading is for suckers and Greer's main concern with the amended complaint was just adding in more plights and parties to the suit.

Last I checked one of the users that Greer named is still active so the site would have their current IP recorded. Not that Greer would know how to get it or what to do with it to actually get anywhere close to identifying them.

Yes, not that it would help. IPs aren't reliable ways of tracking and doxing, and he has no way to get identifying information (well, he has a few, but I won't list them unless he pays me. PM me, Russ! I accept Bitcoins!) Even then, assuming they're not using Tor or a VPN, he'd need to identify the person in question and serve them properly, which isn't his strong point.

Even an IP is not necessarily helpful if it is through a VPN, and that VPN resides as an entity in another country, and that country doesn't require any logging of any kind. The IP is just a dead end at that point.

Because if he was trying to drag things out and run up Hardin's bills, there are so many more things he could be doing. I won't list them here, obviously.
Of course if he were both malicious and incompetent like the poster you're replying to is suggesting then this would be completely consistent. He is acting maliciously but simply incompetent enough to miss things he could be doing to drag it out more.

I've always hated the "don't attribute to malice what could be attributed to incompetence". All this does is give a pass to anyone acting maliciously who is smart enough to leave some plausible deniability or act stupid. Letting every psychopath do whatever they want as long as they don't monologue about their evil plan is retarded.

If one were to engage in a bit of conspiracy theories (which are never true thank god) one might even think it would benefit bad actors to intentionally spread the hanlon's razor idea so they could get away with more. Dr. Fauci wasn't recommending remdesivir and destroying people's livers to make money, they just didn't have the benefit of hindsight and it seemed like a good idea at the time, so by hanlon's razor we should give him a pass. Do you see how retarded this is?

Doesn't he have until the end of today to file?
He's not going to file anything coherent, even if he meets the deadline, which he famously struggles with.

He's still insistent Mr Hardin works for him somehow and that saying "it's over there somewhere" counts as providing something.

ETA: In the interests of not inadvertently helping, I've deleted

Even if Russell got an entire phonebook of IP addresses of his John Doe’s, he wouldn’t know what to do with them, and since he refuses to spend a single dime this lawsuit, all he would do is send the IP addresses to Hardin and the Court and say “They’re in there somewhere, you’ve got to find them, I’m too poor and stupid to do it”.

So what's the over-under on Greer meeting the deadline today? Also, assuming he does file something today, what is the expected page count?

I'm going with him filing something today (but 2 hours late) and 7 pages.

Late from the weekend, cant wait to see what today brings.. That said a lot of posts I marked to quote/reply to boil down to me tapping the sign about helping Greer. This thread is different than some of the others, because our analysis, speculation and conjecture can all impact the case itself. We are the poo, touching ourselves. Luckily Greer is too rustarded to use a fraction of what's mentioned here.

The Steve Taylor situation should have made things obviously clear. 1: Greer will use what you say in this thread to help himself. Be it legal analysis, technical points, or the money saved in having to research that his own eager star witness was long dead and

2: If he files an amendment with the judge about his oospies' that we point out in the thread before Hardin has a chance to, or the Judge has a chance to rule, he gets off the hook. With Taylor, Hardin was setting Greer up on the tee for the judge... Then Null had to ask us if we knew he was even allive...and of course the farms obliged. And Greer was able to reply "I didn't know Taylor was dead but now that he is dead, see there was no harm in me not putting him down as a witness even after we moved back to Utah!" The case is currently at a similar point regarding the restraining order that Greer needs to produce to Hardin. Greer says there is a real restraining order and now he needs to provide it.

I wont put the quotes here, there are too many, but I'd also say knock it off with talking about users, their login history or patterns, or any of the technical information you may or may not know null has, or how it can be used. Greer would have to spend a lot of his own money figuring this information out, if he could even figure out where to begin on how to start requesting it. How much more fun would it be to read Greer-filings of IP addresses and how they absolutely prove who someone is etc.

Let the dog chase his tail, and laugh afterwards
