Pump.fun & Memecoins - AKA: shitcoin maker for retards and rugpullers, powered by who else? Solana...

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Basically anyone who was an "insider" (because Hayden didn't do everything alone) may also be turbo fucked just as hard as Hayden at this point.
He will get it harder for being the one who actually paid the bribe.
Speaking of bribes how can anyone be this obvious and not get investigated? I know its a third world country but come on...
da memecoins are over
So they'll continue but its unlikely the insanity of the past while with memecoins will continue because too many people have been burned from the experience.
I been thinking it was over since BTC crashed after reaching 20k, and specially super-over after 2021 with the NFT and first shitcoin/memecoin wave.

It will never be over, greed and retardness its infinite in the crypto space.
They'll just switch to one of the others, either back to Ethereum where meme shitcoins used to live or to some other dodgy shitcoin token.
Given how solana took a 40% plunge it makes you wonder just how much of the market its just rugpull schemes, I don't know a single profitable company that uses a blockchain to solve any issues that couldn't be solved with regular software/servers.
i'll admit i've felt like doing this once or twice because of crypto
How much did you lost?
And you know this guy isn't the only one who has either lost all of his money or gone so into debt that he has fucked his life or not the only one to have ended his life over this shit.
Of course, I'll say at best 1% of the people who go into this shit don't lose any money, and 0.1% make any money. Who knows how many lives have been destroyed by these rugpulls, and not just memecoins but all of crypto. There's a reason why every crypto sub has a suicide hotline post.
If he was broke he should have faked his death and profited off his skyrocketing retardcoin
IYAM that was the plan, dumbass probably believed the /k/ meme that a .22 can't kill you.
Hate sounding like a boomer but these zoomer kids are fucked in the head. Millennials were no joke, kids got bullied to death, but this gen growing online from the start had an incentive to become the biggest pieces of shit imaginable, and crypto rewards them for causing pain and misery to other kids like them, its an online lord of the flies-type shit.
For anyone who isn't aware this is definitely technically possible but is beyond retarded.
Nothing is too retarded for crypto and normies. Before you mentioned mortal debt, that's the exact kind of people who are attracted to trade in crypto and specially towards memecoins. Nobody who manages their money right ever considers getting into this shit because they know its even dumber than gambling, retards and desperate people are the bulk of its users, the rest being the ones setting up the rugpulls.

And this would intersect with hiphop which is another subset of poor dumb people who like music that's about get rich quick schemes and glorifying crime. Its gonna be the rugpull of the century.

It has been alleged and seems pretty likely that Kanye West sold temporary access to his Twitter account for the purpose of launching a memecoin for $17m USD: https://x.com/lokithebird/status/1893405895540809853

(Can't do screenshots right now but tweet shows enough proof I would say)

Except that's fucking bullshit. Anyone who mined or bought BTC in the early days made mad profits.

I was snooping through @Null's wallets and realized he has 1.5 thousand dollars in george droid token on solana https://solscan.io/account/9sSHsT1yn7LYacYn7iiNfAMvm9WPzxwiE3q3EC3ihY9j, obtained 9 months ago from pump.fun when the price was 0.00006 USD. The price is now 0.015 USD, representing a 250x increase in Josh's investment. If he bought it himself and wasn't gifted it (which I think may be the case looking at chain data), it was a very good purchase.

The coin is down from the top pretty heavily but showing a strong uptrend with those higher lows IMO.

They must have been added pretty recently because i don't remember the XRP, SOL, and DOGE addresses being at the bottom of the farms page.

The crypto hacking group Lazarus (which is allegedly tied to North Korea but some people claim it may be another country given their ridiculously high skill set) have been laundering money through pump.fun by launching memecoins and stuff like that:

(the message is from zachxbt who is a guy who does crypto fraud investigations and is widely known and very well respected, so he knows his shit)

So basically it is very likely some amount of the huge volumes in pump.fun and other memecoins is probably money laundering and wash trading for stolen crypto. This really isn't very surprising but its interesting to see some actual evidence.

To understand the scale a bit here, Lazarus stole about $1.5bn from the ByBit exchange about a day ago and they have regularly been stealing significant amounts each year (they already cleared a billion right at the start of this year).

It's unclear exactly how much they direct towards being laundered via memecoins but it could be significant (or insignificant) amounts and can maybe help to understand why the volume going into memecoins may be so high in the first place (it isn't all just insiders or people gambling their last few dollars before they play Russian Roulette on a livestream).

If the amounts weren't already significant then they could increase in the future and bring a resurgence to memecoins in some unlikely scenario and go against current market sentiment which seems to be very cynical about anything to do with memecoins.

the extended version is pretty fucked up, it goes for 20 minutes but its just a blank screen, the video in thread is all the "video" we have
but its about 15 minutes of blood gurgling and other grotesque noises
not really worth listening to, but the link and video is below
one comment was morbidly accurate, saying this

and its true, it does sound like "bro start shitting at the 8 minute mark"

I know most of it's just him choking on blood while agonal breathing, but it does sound like he shits himself. The running lawnmower noises at 4 and 8 minutes.

Twitter Crypto Retard, MistaFuccYou, decided to live stream himself playing Russian Roulette and LOST. He also said to turn this moment into a memecoin if he dies :story:

After his death, the memecoin skyrocketed
View attachment 7011789
This has the potential to be the funniest rugpull anybody's ever seen.

The memecoin skyrockets, granting a man immense wealth.
The coin is rugpulled, plunging the man into eternal debt.
His final words before pulling the trigger, "Make me into a memecoin."
The cycle repeats.
There's a problem with all of this. He didn't launch the memecoin himself. He said "make me into a memecoin" which means 1000 different people went and made memecoins about the same thing.

Unless there is some shared agreement on which one is the "official" one then there's not going to be much to rugpull in the first place. And besides that a lot of people seem to have a moral quandary with having anything to do a memecoin borne from someone's suicide.
