anyone interested in this case (or any lolsuit) should have a pacer account or at least a courtlistener alert set up. The second one is free and easy. The first one is also kinda free if you don't go crazy (but even running the docket is like 6 pages now!).

I think it's a good idea to 86 posts that effectively write motions for russ but there's a spectrum; I've seen posts with the most general legal concepts (googlable in 5 seconds) get memory holed. At some point it's hardly a forum when it's just pdf updates and "russ is dumb, 7".
