You just need to look up tv tropes and see what floats your boat. I think the key to not being psycho and into anime is to go for the real based shit like Gundam or berserk. You don't want to endlessly watch gay shit like fruits basket.
Day after day I try to remain a serious person who doesn't believe every single conspiracy theory that comes out. A person who acknowledges that yes, there is plenty of corruption in the government, but that we aren't actually ran by a bunch of adrenochrome addicted pedophile demons. That the worst case scenario is the government is just another 80/20 principle example where at least some of the federal workforce and leadership actually gives a shit and does real work.
At this point though it just feels like cope.
Like IMO, we are at a point where the logical assumption about these agencies is that they are demonic sex cults full of the worst people to ever exist, and that it is by design.
