Along with the already mentioned bad boy/ODD stuff- being autistic as shit, drinking and being drunk probably helped him mellow out in a way few things did up until that point, and he probably became used to having his "feel good drink" when it was available.
The way he shouted out that delivery company meant that the driver got precisely zero dollars and zero cents as a tip.
Honestly, a lot of the hilarious stuff posted on this website is not a laughing matter.
this has been brought up before but honestly he could live for many years to come or he could die tomorrow. the things that are wrong with him that we know of are generally slow killers. but the effects are for sure starting to show. i would say his biggest risks right now are choking on vomit while black out drunk or falling and hitting his head.
