I was going to remain lurking but after possibly making a connection i thought i should follow friendly's lead and share what i found

Despite my better judgement i went looking through the account and without being logged in i couldn't see everything but a somewhat familiar name "Lazzy" showed up a few times.

After digging through the threads on here relating to lazzy aka Lazzy Lazaurus i found what appears to be the same voice thats been accredited to rainbowkitty from a person linked to lazzy going by rainbows_gal or krissykat

In the spoiler on polentic's post there are some pictures related to a grooming situation but also disturbing audio that almost certainly confirms rainbowkitty is also rainbows_gal. I tried to quote the whole segment but it didn't look like the audio would be included so unless someone quotes it correctly or re shares the audio go to the original post to listen if you have the stomach for it.

Hey wait a minute, I've just noticed. Every time any criticism comes up about bittycat, "she" and "her" (Creature moment) simps decide to deflect as hard as possible and say it's this naurotic rainbowkitty retard. Anything happens? It was rainbowkitty I swear, blame them!

I'm noticing a pattern here. Perhaps we should be cautious about anything we hear coming out about this other person given the history they have. We should stick to research we do ourselves here and not listen to fresh meat. I don't exactly know what's going on, and looking into it this rainbowkitty person seems like they may have some issues yes, but I am very skeptical when I see deflection this hard. Not only that, someone making a new account here and their first post is simply to do exactly that has happened so many times- They deflect the topic onto someone else who has immediate beef and a vendetta against them by the person of immediate interest. This has been done by retards in so many other threads that it's basically a self report.

I don't know what to tell you to make you think I'm not controlled opposition but I've been a lurker on the farms forever lmao. I discovered this rainbow kitty person like, 2 days ago, and thought you all would find what I found interesting. I think she's dangerous too, which is why I thought telling you guys would help as I know the farms has an autistic obsession with documenting weird and potentially dangerous people.

I will say this after a day of going bunker mode: there is a lot of strangeness around this person. Not even for being a pedophile, that's only the start. Someone who is friends with bambi has made a thread about kashimu in response. (link, archive) The short of it is that kashimu has admitted that was not true and apparently the reason Kashimu said that was because they were upset about being blocked.

To summarize, Kissiechuu (bambis friend) said the reason kashimu was blocked was because they told kashimu that someone in their community was a pedophile (befriending a 13 year old map account and asking them to make a discord, making realistic ai loli porn). When kashimu was told about this they said that they would get their side of the story. Afterwards Kissiechuu says Kashimu did nothing and instead posted the screenshots of their dms and said she was being an anti, which upset kissiechuu and bambi, they then blocked kashimu. Which apparently lead to her saying they were in a cp group chat.

Any amount of CP is illegal, what counts as an "affirmative defense" is when you admit to illegally possessing it or distributing it but doing so in the process of filing a tip or report or with the understanding that you are required to report it. This affirmative defense exists in the law because originally the strict liability nature of laws like this discouraged tipsters from coming forward.

Possessing, distributing, or pandering any amount of CP is still illegal despite the affirmative defense. The affirmative defense just exists to encourage tipsters to come forward. Maybe I could have explained it better.

Edit: Wow I explained that poorly in my first edit. I guess it's simplier to explain what counts as an affirmative defense in this context and doesn't.

Example: John Doe encounters CP while looking at an adult pornographic website. It is illegal for John to possess this material, which he is now in possession of. John Doe files a crimestoppers tip containing a link to said material, this counts as distribution, also illegal. However, since he did so in the process of reporting the illegal material to the police, John Doe can plead an affirmative defense if he is ever taken to court for these actions. This affirmative defense will, if proven, make it so John Doe cannot be convicted for these offenses.

What isn't an affirmative defense, however, is possessing CP and snitching on yourself and claiming an affirmative defense.
