It's amazing to me to see Democrats vote against not taxing people who make tips, something Harris said she would do, against people that work overtime and against people that are on their ever so precious social security. Imagine the talking points every Republican just got into their back pocket in every tight race for the midterms. It's amazing to me that 213 people are this retarded that they can't see what's going to happen to them.
Their whole talking point is "well I oppose tax cuts because tax cuts only apply to the rich!"
Then go and vote against tax cuts for the working class.

I am starting to think that Dems just like taxing people.

This new bill talking about no tax on tips or overtime: Is that all there is to it? Like, is it actually something that doesn't have a shitload of unrelated nigger pork attached to it? I'm guessing it must not if the Democrats are voting against it, but pork-free bills sound so optimistic.

I am very curious because I've always been very fascinated with the death penalty, the why and why not, the way different cultures do it, which method would I choose etc. Do you consider being shot to death less dignified than the lethal injection? I always thought that being strapped to a cross and injected, while presumably less painful, is way less dignified than a bullet.
We don't give a shit about the dignity of the condemned. Part of the execution process is that it is witnessed by normal people like the victim's family. Seeing a person shot or electrocuted is traumatizing. Seeing a person's neck snap or watching them slowly be strangled by a rope is traumatizing. But watching a person be strapped to a table, injected with poison until they stop moving is far less traumatic for a normal person.

Being shot seems like a warrior's death to me, whereas being injected is a murderer's death. That said, I can see how intact-ness of the body and being presentable for the funeral is a big deal to a lot of people.
I don't see a difference personally. Being lined up against a wall and shot is nothing like falling to an enemy in combat. The honor is in going out fighting for an honorable cause, which doesn't apply to an execution.

It being easy doesn't make it make sense.

EDIT: Just like leaving a "dumb" sticker on my post is easy, but it doesn't make any fucking sense. Thank you for demonstrating.
I rated you dumb but I will humor you with a response. The Federal government is all about mass data collection. It is not hard to write a script that takes a roster of government employees and compares the email addresses who sent an update with the total roster of employees. Even if you don't analyze the contents of the email at all, identifying the employees that refuse to play ball even remotely goes a long way towards identifying the rot.

Then ask the supervisors to report employees who didn't answer the email. One of the asks was to CC your manager. Compare the answers of the supervisors to the actual data. This identifies a ton of the management level that refuses to hold their subordinates accountable.

Additionally, the emails sent can be analyzed by a human (or AI) over time. This can help identify malicious compliance, as well as participation in social media resistance like "send gibberish", "report as spam".

And finally, the data is forever. If anything about an employee's performance is suspect, their email responses to these requests can be pulled up later and reviewed. All in all, this doesn't catch everyone but goes a very long way towards both identifying saboteurs and creating a culture of discouraging open resistance.

To wrap this autism up, you don't have to get everyone to make a massive difference. This email is low effort with a high overall value. Also, there should probably be a few token libshits in government to avoid an echo chamber. If they are willing to obey the president their politics are irrelevant.

BREAKING: Trump has ordered all Hegelians to be executed via a method called " The Dialectic" wherein they are executed by talking to a schizophrenic and if they cannot make a worldview that synthesizes with the schizos worldview they are skinned alive. College professors everywhere are scurrying.

In other news: RELEASE THE FUCKING EPSTEIN FILES YOU RETARDS. If you have the list of clients you have your tattletales. It doesn't matter if the FBI shreds docs, in fact it helps you. One of these fuckers will fold if it means saving their skins and the FBI have provided the dagger to skin them with.

This woman in details covers the history of and what it's like to be executed via different methods. Her opinion and I agree is firing squad is the most painless and least able to be fucked up.

$4.5 trillion in tax cuts for the wealthy. Huge cuts to medicaid and foodstamps.

No one said it was pork free but dems are going to lock step vote against anything Trump does especially when they are getting crushed every way right now. The bill has less pork then the other one going around and gets tons of what Trump wants done so as long as the Senate retards like Graham don't cry too hard about Ukraine bullshit it should get done quick.

Trump just announced a "Gold Card" A green card you can get for $5 million or so.

You all realize that this is nothing new. The short line to immigration to the US has always been cash. Enough to start a business worth at least $1 million. All Trump did today was to x5 the price. And this is not unique to the US. Most Western Democracy's have fairly similar immigration rules. Why do you think so many members of the Saudi Royal Family live wherever they seemingly want.

Isn't it just extending the cuts Trump did before and Biden extended? And good, EBT is a cancer killing our nation. It needs completely restructured and restricted with what can be purchased if it's to survive.

There's no way public opinion is split on this bill, right? I know I would never vote for someone who opposed this, ever. They clearly don't represent the will of the people.
Mostly theatrics. Democrats were wanting to force a shutdown to make the Republicans look incompetent and fractured. It's very similar to the CR back in October which got the Speaker ousted where, for the first floor vote, the Democrats voted no, just to prove that the Republicans couldn't whip enough members to prevent a shutdown, and then voted yes on the second vote when their point was made.

As is being reported, the Republicans have the narrowest of margins, and could only afford a single defection. The Democrats were banking on the Republicans being unable to whip enough members for it to pass. Frankly, I'm shocked. I fully expected the House Schizo Freedom Caucus to defect and kill it.

I just thought of an easy way to greatly reduce healthcare costs.

Whenever someone shows up to the ER to get treated, and they're not legally in the country, they should be handcuffed to the bed just like a murder suspect is. The hospital staff can then call ICE to pick them up and deport them.

Doing this would almost instantly stop illegals from coming to hospitals while still ensuring that hospitals don't waste time with billing before treating people.

If I were going to be executed by the feds, I would request a fat asian hooker to sit on my face until I suffocated to death. Perhaps it's a bit barbaric, but it's better than getting popped into the stomach, and the bright side is it would be awkward for everyone to watch.

You'd think so, but everyone thinks they got a plan til the time actually comes. Spies are effective, plants are effective. Incels forget about their celibacy as soon as the pretty girl shows interest
the Big Bang Theory actually had an episode about this, basically international honeypots can't handle how autistic american nerds can be.

if they did they would probably be on the shortlist to be audited by the IRS or checked against the Epstien list.

That would mean giving Trump a win and we can't have that. Got to form that anti Trump coalition they're going to run on come midterms

No more food stamps for illegals:

Also for all the doomers in this thread, the Secretary of Agriculture is also working on lowering egg prices:

Secretary Rollins Tours Egg Laying Facility, Hosts Avian Flu Roundtable in Texas

Published: February 24, 2025

Bogata & Mount Pleasant, TX, Feb. 24, 2025

Today, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins met with poultry farmers and industry leaders as part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s ongoing response to highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). Secretary Rollins toured a Cal-Maine Foods egg-laying facility in Bogata, Texas before traveling to Mount Pleasant, Texas, where she hosted a farmer roundtable focused on avian flu response efforts.

“It’s great to be back in Texas and see firsthand the incredible work farmers are doing to protect their flocks,” said Secretary Rollins. “The Biden administration failed to lead on avian flu, and families across America are paying the price. President Trump understands the importance of addressing this issue head on, and USDA is taking action to support farmers, strengthen supply chains, and bring egg prices down.”

During her visit to Cal-Maine Foods, Secretary Rollins saw firsthand how strong biosecurity measures are being implemented to combat outbreaks, support poultry farmers, and stabilize record-high egg prices.
