2. On the topic of Nick's and Aaron's back and forth this week mincing words about whether the drugs were accessible enough to technically qualify as being "around the kids," Wil now reveals Nick's version of Aaron's infamous couch story. Apparently Nick openly admits Aaron was telling the truth that there were drugs in a container on the couch next to Aaron's daughter's head until Aaron took it away and got pissed at Nick, but Nick claims that Aaron is lying insofar the container type having been a coke bullet that had fallen out of Nick's pocket, whereas the coke bullet was safely stored in a bigger locked case that Nick had set on the couch for some reason, so the kid couldn't have gotten into it and that means drugs technically weren't around kids. Checkmate, prudes:
I fucking love how absurd the lies are becoming. Next it'll be "Yes I had drugs around my kids, but they were secured in a titanium safe studded with fierce metal spikes that would impale anyone who didn't know how to hold it properly, and it was painted using a chemical only visible to adults, and it was emitting a subsonic sound that was subliminally telling my children not to snort coke..." Okay retard. Just give up.

I think he knows he was in technical violation of the law insofar as having drugs around children, and that nobody is buying otherwise, but is trying to make an argument that he always adhered to some self-invented "spirit of the law" in that the kids couldn't get to the drugs. You will note during his allocution he specifically, and without prompting, claimed he always had the drugs locked in a safe only he had access to.

But I don't even believe he adhered to this made up spirit. Because, 1) April's credit card, and 2) the 8 year old daughter that tested positive.

I sometimes wonder what Nick thinks about the explosive success of other Lawtubers who were boosted by Nick's channel (sort of - Nate was on YT before Nick).

Earlier today:

LawyerYouKnow/Peter streamed a pre-trial hearing on the Read retrial. (It wasn't "explosive", btw, but interesting for nerds concerning paying fed witnesses for testifying.)
Screenshot 2025-02-26 at 1.51.04 AM.png

NateTheLawyer streamed the results of Tiffany Henyard's election - the corrupt mayor of Dalton, ILL.
Screenshot 2025-02-26 at 1.50.13 AM.png
Astonishing views for 5-6 hours after the streams on niche issues. Both men had around 12K live viewers.

Hope Nick is having fun prepping his wife for the most irrelevant RP case unknown to MN.

Edit: Clean up

I think it's a bad strategic decision. If you're a prosecutor, any kind of loss at all is a disaster. It puts a huge dent in your record. And pursuing a felony count on something this petty really approaches that level. It's on an "oh really" level of dumbness.

If Aaron is pursuing some brinksmanship on this, despite having a pretty shitty record of actual harassment of his exes, he may still win. And the prosecutor is gambling. Because her case depends entirely on witnesses who are completely unreliable.

Her most ferocious and reliable witness is literally Nick Rekieta. He's the only guy who is completely guaranteed to hate the defendant. And he's his ex-gay-lover.

Does this look like a guaranteed prosecution win?
Guaranteed win? Hell, no. I think I said 3 different ways in the last comment alone that I don't like the felony effort - and by "don't like" I mean both I think it's OTT and that I don't think it's a clear winner.

But I can absolutely set aside of my window-view from being here, and my personal views, to consider and posit potential perspectives.

So no, I don't think pursuing this dumb charge means the prosecutor is nuts. Nor do I think whatever her particular axe to grind might be (if any) is any more political than any other prosecutorial decision around a new area of law and/ or one that might build a track record or, more generously, make clear that x type of bullshit isn't necessarily free of consequences.

I'd also say that a loss in a somewhat controversial or untested area of law with the potential for news is less damaging than others.

@Folgers Can

2. Wait!!! So not only were drugs inside a bullet, inside a GUN case, on the couch next to Aaron's kid. Now, according to junkie dick-sucker will herren, nick and crew were upstairs in aaron home with a SRPARATE safe that also contained drugs while the gun case with the bullet of drugs was on the couch next to Aaron's kid on the couch? Jesus H. CHRIST, just how many safes, gun cases, filled with drugs did these fags travel with? Obviously more than one, otherwise why was a gun case of drugs on the couch downstairs near Aaron's kid while the 3 were upstairs doing drugs???

6. Dumb Ragepig can no longer be paid in junkie show appearances cuz he no longer streams...then how is janny Will Herron being paid? Dick sucking? By whore wife, or Junkie, or Minnesota 6? Tell me I am wrong. Also, tell me junkie crew is THAT stupid again? Oh right, maybe Herron would NOT want his cucking, is it cucking if just fagshit?

Oh The Possibilities.
Otherwise, why risk your REAL-TIME TV job?
He already suffers with dog-shit veneer teeth breath, mayhap this is all he can get with that breath? But seriously, everybody knows addicts are EZ

Sorry @Dorothy Parker, this Aaron BS is 100% Dumb Broad/Feminazi thing. Especially in light of Geno claims that MN atty saying to him. strike a blow for women! I mean girl boss puh-leez.

Sigh.

The Lawyer You Know, sure, was on Junkie a time or two BUT he got a REAL rating BOOST from all the mouth-watering WOKE WOMEN on EDB channel lusting after him just fyi filler.

NateTheLawyer REALLY got huge subs, somehow, after he began doing short blurb legal vids on topical issues...started sometime looooong after his million viewed US WOMEN soccer lawsuit video.

Circling back to Folger's post. I don't want to make any one post too long.

In addition to self-described "Rekieta's bulldog" Ralph's hours of ragepig hollering about a list of "bullet points" that he said he got from the always-reliable Citizen M/@SaddamLanza in a Friday appearance on another of Aaron's a-logs' shows, it was notable that the show was originally announced to be a one-two punch featuring another Rekieta mouthpiece:
That's hilarious if he's using Citizen M as a source for anything now. That's not gonna bite him in the ass at all.

Ralph just got a bit of a W in releasing the Vickers civil complaint, and it is a well settled matter of KF law that every Ralphamale W is inevitably followed by a L. Said L could come from anywhere really, including the Balldoverse.

For starters, to any extent that it addresses Wil's level of reliability as a source, there were indications that A) leaning in favor of relability, Wil's information is at least not stale since Nick has continued to talk to him as recently as when Nick broke the subpoena news on that Pretty Menopausal show just last week followed by some DM discussion with Nick about topics being discussed in the show last night, which apparently may have been in real-time while watching live;
That would really only mean that he's getting info direct from from Nick. Which several people here (i.e. @Balldo's Gate) have suspected for a while now. NOT that what Nick is telling him is anything other than bullshit. The reliability exists only insofar as we might reasonably assume that Wil is accurately repeating what Nick told him.

leaning against reliability, although their communication began when Nick was threatening Wil with the same sort of flaggotry threatened against @elb in the past, that was backed off when Nick and Wil became "friends":
I would think Nick wouldn't really have a case if he tried to strike Wil. His content appears to be either clearly transformative (significant commentary is added) or entirely original (the K interviews).

So Nick strikes Wil, Wil counterclaims, and then what? Nick sues? Okay asshole, go ahead. That's just gonna make Nick look even worse, and with all the lawyer fees Nick has already racked up to date, how soon before the Chapter 11 filing? Or is mommy and daddy gonna bankroll his childish jihads forever?

Yet that's not even even the most stupid thing. If Wil has actually been browbeaten into being Nick's "friend" and mouthpiece over a threat to strike his channel, then that's just pathetic. For Nick and Wil.

Wil is a drunk who loves his drugs and debauchery too. They deserve one another.

I'm almost certain Nick's said he considers it a betrayal and that he "made them"

There's no good reason Nick couldn't start trial streaming again, get his simps to heavily moderate chat, talk about surface level nonsense, and get a 5 figure live audience from retarded boomers who don't know what Nick's been up to. He's not gonna do it because he's an alcoholic that can't spend that long doing something sober and if he drinks right now he risks going back to jail.

It's a little late, but regarding Geno and Keanu as witnesses being compelled from NJ to MN: If Johnny Depp, with all his millions, couldn't get witnesses from CA to VA for Depp v. Heard, I don't see how this rando Stearns County prosecutor thinks she can compel those chucklefucks for this.

There may be no GOOD reasons, but there are plenty of terrible ones.
Nick can't stream without being high.
Nick cannot face the trolls.
Nick is afraid.
Most importantly: Nick isn’t having FUN doing it.

He hates law. He hates politics. He likes to sit and pretend he’s a standup comedian and talk about anal sex toys.

Without that, and an audience willing to tolerate it because they get to hear other lawyers talk about cases on his show, there’s nothing in it for Nick.

Thank you!

It's a term used in biblical scholarship, and I recall first hearing about it in Bible studies, but I dunno why the concept couldn't apply outside of biblical scholarship. It's leverages logic equally applicable to secular topics.

Either term would work here though.
Jesus and the Fig tree, perchance? That's the classic. Used in psychology too.

Fucking nailed it. This thread knows Nick better than he knows himself.

NOT that what Nick is telling him is anything other than bullshit. The reliability exists only insofar as we might reasonably assume that Wil is accurately repeating what Nick told him.

Agreed, all I could find to add to reliability is that his info at least isn't "stale" since they're still in touch, compared to Aaron's mystery source for example, who seemed to be going off old info about early plea negotiation rounds discussing an April no-contact order that never materialized, and who presumably would have fallen out of touch with Nick ever since (if not earlier than) being outed as a leak to plug. In both cases everything still has to be taken with a metric ton of salt since they're only passing along whatever bullshit Nick is spewing to them, either to make himself look good to a "friend" or to use them as a mere conduit for disinformation to get a rise out of Aaron or trick him into saying something that violates his release conditions. None of that is a knock against Wil who arguably is just hearing out both sides like any journalist is trained to do, even if that habit leads to him getting used as an unwitting pawn at times.

You will note during his allocution he specifically, and without prompting, claimed he always had the drugs locked in a safe only he had access to.

Not only without prompting but without relevance, since it was already on the record that the child endangerment count was getting dropped, and nothing about the possession count would be affected by accessibility of the drugs, for the plea colloquy's factual basis purposes or even for later sentencing mitigation purposes. His going out of his way to squeeze in that inapposite detail was purely a PR exercise directed at an audience that he will forever fool into believing that locked safes behind a locked bedroom door left the prosecution with no choice but to acknowledge that he is in fact Father of the Year after all, and everyone clapped.

Wasn't the coke found near The Toe's kids just in a 'bullet' that had fallen on the floor or something? There was no second safe mentioned I don't think.

He fell into the classic content creator trap

Like ralph, the nostalgia critic, angry video game nerd, etc. he mistakenly thought that most people watched his content entirely because of his personality and not the actual reason, the topics he covered.

Nick has a couple die hard simps who love him for him, but the only reason most people watched him is because he covered lolsuits, kick vic, and the depp stream. He only became the #1 superchat earner because he'd be the first to pop up when a normie searched "Johnny Depp trial" on YouTube.

Wasn't the coke found near The Toe's kids just in a 'bullet' that had fallen on the floor or something? There was no second safe mentioned I don't think.

Just to refresh memory on this, Aaron said in his tell-alls last year that A) there was a coke bullet on his couch next to his kid, B) there was also a portable safe brought to his upstairs bathroom, and C) in each separate instance he was pissed:

Now, all of a sudden Nick is claiming that Aaron lied about the couch bullet and claiming that a locked safe he brought was what was what was actually on the couch, apparently implying that said locked safe was not up in the bathroom as Aaron claimed, unless there was a whole other locked safe up in the bathroom separate from the locked safe on the couch, or something:

On second thought it could just be that Nick's demented swiss-cheese brain may have simply conflated hazy memories of the bathroom-safe story and the couch-bullet story into a single mashup because Aaron's angry reactions to each were the same and the only part Nick distinctly remembers, in which case Nick's partial denial is not a lie only because he genuinely believes it. That, or he just lies like he breathes.
