I don't see why he would start listening to us.
In the legal thread Kiwis discovered his star witness, Steve, was dead. Nobody in that thread contacted Russ to alert him of the fact. He found out by reading the thread, responded, and thus robbed us of hilarious content. He's a retard, but he's not so retarded that he can't see when some advice might help his cause. We don't want to inadvertently help him. It's funnier to watch him flail blindly.

Speaking of Greer attempting to intervene in other cases, as I think we were in the past day or so, his attempt to do so was denied last week in Doe v. Lombardo (Feb 20). See previously:
Apparently Russ did try to make it about himself. Thanks @he who has thus come/gone . I think parts of it were covered here, but not everything. Btw, @Null , I don't believe Russ listed this in his list of litigation to you and Mr. Hardin.

It's worth noting that he was VERY active in his attempts to intervene in the case through last year, including when he was supposed to be working on his own case in which he is the moving party:

Nobody involved in the case, especially Plaintiff, appeared to desire Greer's intervention as Defendant, based on various replies/responses. The judge's remarks and footnotes in denial of his intervention are fun and hopefully Hardin is (or can be made aware) of all this jazz (especially as to Greer's attempts "to raise immaterial issues and to launch an unwarranted and unprofessional personal attack against" opposing counsel):

P.S. Gilman was also a defendant in this case. Funny.

Russell Greer, Sex Buyer

And so it begins...

Greer's attempts "to raise immaterial issues and to launch an unwarranted and unprofessional personal attack against" opposing counsel
Is this the second or third time he's tried this tactic? It's indicative of the theories about his childhood of tattling to authority figures to get his own way.
"If you don't give me my hookers I'll tell the Bar on you!'

Russell engages in lawsuits as a form of recreation, an escapist fantasy where he's a big shot paralegal that lawyers and judges HAVE to listen to and take seriously.

From that perspective, why would he waste time on an unfulfilling, unfun lawsuit where he's already had to repeatedly beg "Please SHOW MERCY! I'M STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!" and has to do a bunch of unfun stuff like talk to Hardin, meet deadlines, produce documents, and it's starting to cost him money? When there's another lawsuit where he can pretend to be a Political Action Committee chairman leading the legal fight for what he's most passionate about, hookers.

If intervention had been granted, you know he'd file in Utah, braggingly, that he's gonna have to put them on hold because he's too busy with such an important lawsuit.
"I'm the new expert authority/pro se litigant in the fight for Nevada's sacred institution of prostitution, in the official compacity of chair of my own political action committee. Yeah, I'm big shit!"

Goddamnit too late to fix it without getting caught. I'll fix it anyway.

I will call this Anominous's Law. I have mentioned it before.

But it is that if you point out a grammatical error in someone else's post, God immediately curses you and you are guaranteed to have one in in your own post.
God fucks in mysterious ways.

In the same way as deathfats don’t want to lose weight, they want to be skinny… Russ doesn’t want to win a lawsuit, he wants to be in litigation. That’s what gets him the instant feel-important gratification. He doesn’t want to do any work to maintain that status. And that way, if the litigation keeps going forever, he never has to lose. That’s why he was so proud to be the guy “in litigation to overturn brothel laws” and why he keeps trying to litigate every personal disagreement he has, like suing AGT and trying to mediate with Erica and even contemplating suing his own sister.

Actually winning a lawsuit is a painful and long process. It takes preparation and dedication. It takes evidence, witnesses, and legal arguments. It costs money to round up documents and get testimony on record. It takes time to prepare well-researched and well-argued motions and responses, and will cost money sometimes to access the right cites. But to be in litigation, all he has to do is file one thing, and it doesn’t even have to be good. It’s also free, for him, because he keeps getting IFP status, and doesn’t take much time, because every pleading is total garbage. And he doesn’t have to win to feel good, because he can convince himself that he gets denied due to his dishabooly rather than on the merits or for failure to do something obvious.

(Same as with deathfats. Losing weight takes effort and requires a change in behavior. Being skinny is an effortless state where they can do whatever they want and not suffer any consequences for their bad choices and behaviors. But Russ has one better, because he can actually be in litigation whenever he wants, where deathfats will neither lose weight nor be skinny.)

Searching back in the thread, he apparently released a teaser for that trailer, but people found out about it and made fun of it, so he took it down.
The trailer for his trailer that was a voice over and half a pink song over a still image. We found it and immediately started making fun of it. Russ got ass mad took it off youtube and cried harassment.

Wasn't that video just a slideshow of watermarked stock photos along with a glamor shot of the chick he cast as his hooker with some Fiverr overdub?
