I think he knows he was in technical violation of the law insofar as having drugs around children, and that nobody is buying otherwise, but is trying to make an argument that he always adhered to some self-invented "spirit of the law" in that the kids couldn't get to the drugs. You will note during his allocution he specifically, and without prompting, claimed he always had the drugs locked in a safe only he had access to.

But I don't even believe he adhered to this made up spirit. Because, 1) April's credit card, and 2) the 8 year old daughter that tested positive.
Nick is such a fucked-up brain-charred idiot he can invent an imaginary standard of ethics just to apply to himself and manage to be an absolute piece of shit even according to his own fake ethics. Because he can't erase his small child testing positive for cocaine consistent with either a huge overdose or regular use.

I fucking love how absurd the lies are becoming. Next it'll be "Yes I had drugs around my kids, but they were secured in a titanium safe studded with fierce metal spikes that would impale anyone who didn't know how to hold it properly, and it was painted using a chemical only visible to adults, and it was emitting a subsonic sound that was subliminally telling my children not to snort coke..." Okay retard. Just give up.
The drugs and the booze were safely kept in his bloodstream. They were near the kids but not accessible to the kids.

Since he said that he invented a new kind of entertainment for his family... I was wondering, how many times the narc screamed at his family that he drinks for them and they should be grateful?

Now, all of a sudden Nick is claiming that Aaron lied about the couch bullet and claiming that a locked safe he brought was what was what was actually on the couch, apparently implying that said locked safe was not up in the bathroom as Aaron claimed, unless there was a whole other locked safe up in the bathroom separate from the locked safe on the couch, or something:
Like this absolute faggot expects ANYONE without a brain as charred as whatever is in his fag skull would believe that he literally carried around a portable safe with him wherever he went. Imagine the visuals of that. How would anyone react if they saw some absolute fucking lunatic carrying a safe around with him wherever he went? Like this noodly-armed homo could even pick up a safe.

He's back and tweet raging. Nothing particularly new.

More on Aaron & RP:

Wtf does "seems...unlikely" mean?!!!!!!!!!!

Does he not know what Kayla, HIS WIFE, consented to or will say on the stand?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And now Nick's implying that AARON drugged his daughter:

Interestingly, since picking up the subpoenas on the 19th, Nick's been silent save one repost of a Masterson tweet and this:

It's been almost 5 days.

Kayla may very well be blindsided by the fact that she will be compelled to testify to her many sins. Is she hurling copies of Pawverbs across their cabinetless kitchen? We can only hope.

Don't worry, after a week of ducking projectiles while trying to convince Kayla that the case is such a slam-dunk that Aaron will plead out before she'd ever have to take the stand, the temptation to litigate the case on Twitter was sure to prove irresistible as if that'll ever change Aaron's mind about a plea:

What the heck is a "Girl Friday" and which branch of Jim's Indoor Waterpark and Law School taught her that Rule 804 somehow supersedes the Confrontation Clause? Fucking LOL:

Oh, and after first insinuating on a Coomalot stream last year that Aaron may have caused the daughter's positive hair test, now's the time for Nick to lean hard into outright accusation for some reason:

Who will be the next suspect, the Hamburglar or the one-armed man? :story:

He only became the #1 superchat earner because he'd be the first to pop up when a normie searched "Johnny Depp trial" on YouTube.
By 2022, the vtubers had taken over. Nick barely made the superchat top twenty thanks to Depp.

2019 he was #8, 2020 he didn't make the top 100, 2021 Rittenhouse got him to #38.

Can't find data for 2018, but if he was anywhere near #1, it's probably because superchats had only been around since 2017 and there wasn't much competion yet.

I love that he claims "He did it on his show" as if there is ANYTHING visible on the show.
All they have is circumstantial, except Geno. NOBODY else can testify to anything factual about the entire case that proves Aaron's guilt.
Nick has been 100% wrong about his own case, glad to see it was not a fluke and he keeps lying through his teeth for this one as well.

And this guy calls himself the Lawpope. lmao
get cancer and die please, what a fucking retard.

Well, he did it live and the only reason he is in this predicament is because he was stupid enough to do so...
But the scene from his show proves nothing.
The sending of the picture is the crime. Nick sperging about "he did it on his show!!!!111" is just more Nick bullshittery. It is entirely meaningless for proving the crime.

The one who got caught on his shot receiving a blowjob while high on cocaine was Nick. No matter how hard he tries to divert attention, it will always be him.

It´s not bullshittery, is the sole reason this niggerfaggot is facing a felony. It is not a smoking gun but it is the sole reason this case exists.

The mental image of Nick Rekieta lugging around the safe holding his precious cocaine stash will stay stuck in my head forever. Does the safe sit in the passenger seat, I wonder? Does he stroke it gently and talk to it while he drives to meet his connection?

Soon baby soon, he whispers.

EDIT: Deleted 'everywhere he goes'.

It figures that Nick would embrace his inner plebbitor just as he's coming out of the closet in other ways. This top legal mind he wants everyone to listen to is also pretty much his equal at this point on Twitter:

And really moving the needle on YouTube, sure to be the next Barnes any day now:

How did he ever come to this lowly state? Not like this, balldobros, not like this... :lossmanjack:

Don't worry, after a week of ducking projectiles while trying to convince Kayla that the case is such a slam-dunk that Aaron will plead out before she'd ever have to take the stand, the temptation to litigate the case on Twitter again proves irresistible as if that'll ever change Aaron's mind about a plea:
Thank god, Nick's producing milk again

I trust him saying "Aaron's prospects are not good" as much as "the warrant will get tossed"

The "he just admitted to doing drugs around the kids" is more of Nick's gay definition waffling.

Nick clearly defines "around the kids" as in the same room, so Nick can say "Aaron's admitting to doing coke right in my kids' faces!", even though Aaron clearly said that he meant that they did drugs with kids in the house in a separate room.

Also, what is this, Nick's 3rd excuse that conclusively proves why the kid tested positive?

He was absolutely stalwart that it's because 1 out of 5 drug tests are false positives, he had cited studies and everything. Then it was definitely the cop putting cocaine in her hair with his glove, which then metabolized through sweat. He was so sure that he said he saw it happen in the bodycam footage! Now it's 100% because Aaron did coke while right in her face. Aaron admitted to it and everything!

It's funny and weird that he's always so sure that an excuse is 100% conclusive, but then will immediately abandon it once a more believable one appears. Almost like he doesn't believe any of it, knows exactly why she tested positive and is just trying to find the best lie he can.

I think Nick is confusing exceptions to the hearsay rule in civil cases under rule 804 the with the exceptions in criminal cases which are different. I think he is also forgetting about the confrontation clause and how it would apply in this case.

The main danger to Aaron in the case is the type of jury he gets. A jury by its nature is unpredictable and a jury can often decide just about anything it wants to in a case like this.

And now Nick's implying that AARON drugged his daughter:
How would Aaron have access to the drugs, when Nick told the court in his plea agreement (crimes he admits to) that all the drugs were in the safe that was his, and only he had access to the safe? How would Aaron get the drugs if only Nick could access them?

EDIT: Also hilarious that every time he tries to 'correct' a story Aaron tells about them, Nick somehow confirms the story and makes it worse. Nick is 'correcting' the story from "Nick left a bullet of coke on my couch next to my daughter" to "Actually the coke bullet was in a locked mini safe that was on the couch, so that means Aaron is wrong." How is this a win Nick?
