“Your honor, she is a total slut” Is not a very good defense
Did I get this right, she sent Destiny a video of her with a previous guy? and her complaint is he's abusing her by sharing this video privately with other people in a similar manner to how she showed that video of her prior partner? and she complains that she trusted Destiny because...
she has had only one partner before Destiny?
Therefore she had shared consensually-taken pornographic video of 100% of her previous partners in her life, apparently without consent, to new prospective partners, and
specifically to the one she's now suing for sharing such a consensually-taken porn video to another prospective partner of his?
What she clearly has done in
literally every sexual relationship she had ever had is what she's suing Destiny for?
That seems to be the train of logic here, but someone call me out if I got something wrong.
Still... it won't change the fact that if it's unlawful to share it, then it's unlawful.
Unfortunately I think that's one of those laws that most young morons these days will violate before realizing they've violated any law, and usually get away with it. But there
is a strong defense in the argument "I had every reason to believe she was fine with this, as she's fine with doing the exact same thing."
