Quote me when you're done, and I'll nominee the best of the best. I most definitely recommend you to use your cracked Photoshop, GIMP or any apps that can edit this file. You can use MSPaint, but it'll be somehow a hassle.

Main font is Comic Sans, which is clearly available from your font pantry in your Control Panel. All memes must be made with this font. In IbisPaint, there is a Comic Sans substitute, free to download, so go ahead. READY? SET... GO!!!! :diddler: :grab:

PSA: MS paint has pseudo-layers.

- Open Microsoft Paint
- Click File > Open and select the image
- Click Select > Transparent selection
- Click Free-form selection
- Trace around the area you want to keep
Right-click on the selected area and click Cut
- Open a new image in Microsoft Paint
- Press Ctrl + V or right-click and select Paste to add the selected image
