It's called Kyphosis, it's a well known side effect of castration that effects Eunuchs such as Lucas and "Brianna", Liz Dong Gone has a particularly bad case of it.
It's a curvature of the spine seen in Eunuchs, in the case of Troons it can be even more pronounced as they hunch over computer screens all day and have generally terrible posture, often hunching over even when walking to try to hide their height.

I’ve been putting leave-in oils in my hair before washing it recently. That’s literally what my hair looked like earlier but I had actual oil in it. Leaving that in for thirty minutes drives me crazy enough, I can’t imagine how itchy his head is.

Since I've been here I haven't contributed so here's some. Maybe not the worst I've seen but wanted to contribute. I just went off of "Nancy-Josephine Leah Morris"'s Facebook (which was posted a couple pages back) and found several. I don't have the time to continue looking but that page is a goldmine for ugly trannies. I can't find the two that were most intriguing at the moment (I looked at the page when the name was first dropped and meant to come back and write a post but never did). The two that stook out the most the first time I looked (again, the two I can't find at the moment) was first a black tranny that claimed to be a streamer and was into games. He had a picture of him in a spiderman suit which was hilarious.
The other tranny that comes to mind was really into AI. They had several AI photos of what he wished to look like as a woman and talked in third person about it. He had just a couple photos of himself but they were pretty bad. If I have the autism and the time later, I'll try looking for them again.

I swear I saw the first guy on a blues album my grandad had back in the 1970s. It had some guy playing a jug that made every track sound like someone in the background was ripping massive farts every few seconds. Somehow, that seems like an apt musical journey for this thread.

When you see gross old AGP's like this it makes me wonder if they have nobody in their lives who cares about them, to let them make such a fucking display of themselves dressing up like they do. Does everyone they know actively hate them and are laughing at them behind their backs, or are they just afraid to say anything and have to deal with a tantrum?
Either way it's content I guess.
