Very simple.
It's a game from when people were still figuring out how to make a good 3D platformer. With poor controls, poor performance, levels build from basic geometrical shapes and rather obnoxious protagonist, the game simply couldn't compete with other, more refined pioneers of the genre like Mario 64, Donkey Kong 64 or even Croc on PS1.

Visitors to the fair in the Zeeland city of Goes can try out a new 14.5-meter-high balloon carousel this month: Ballon Voyage, owned by the De Weijer family. The giant ride consists of eight gondolas, each accommodating up to four people.
During the ride, the spinning balloons are lifted upward. The top of the mast features a tilting effect. The richly decorated carousel was originally announced for the 2021 season. With a one-year delay, the attraction is now finally ready.

The carousel itself was manufactured by SAD Maschinenbau from Germany and the Dutch company Wooddesign.
