When states form they are like small businesses except a longer timeline or slower start up. My businesses (3 out of 5 failed) on the outside looked like they were well functioning but if I had to crack open the books to a buyer it would be a mess. And my two businesses that worked were essentially also a mess for the first 4 to 5 years. I constantly borrowed money to make payroll, get equipment, etc. Obviously I’m not making a one to one comparison here but I see a lot of similarities in the growth process. • The other counsel was busy with some other case

After consideration, the court said "It's all good fam."

The hearing dates have not been overturned, seemingly.
