The press conference after the shootout was great. One of the lugenpresse asked the Polk County Sheriff if the number of bullets they pumped into him on the ground was excessive and he said "No, evil can't be dead enough."

Look again that's the biker, she got hit by the bike which basically sliced into the car. At 0:18 you can see as the biker slams into the roof of the accord but doesn't fly away, meanwhile the girl is stuck inside as the bike explodes.

You're right. I thought it was the woman since the body just emerges from the front of the car.

In addition to the one in front of the recording car, her lane also has the big left turn arrow sandwiched between red lights. Usually I would take that to mean "no turn on red" but she tries to turn while it's still red.

She likely hesitated on hearing the biker noise. Chances are high that if you hear that, its a biker hauling ass. She should had stayed but she tried to turn while the light is red so...
I agree that she started it all, because holy shit, she had a warning and "no turn on red" right there, and she still ignored them.

edit: lol the article specifically left out that she ran over a red light
