A further downside to this is that the subsidies artificially raise the price of US milk, which pretty much destroys the US's ability to export the surplus. There's in fact a huge international trade in milk, dairy, and other milk products; the US doesn't do well at all here.
Wait, is milk in America actually more expensive then in Canada?
Great Value, 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Gallon, Refrigerated: $3.56USD
Dairyland 2% Partly Skimmed Milk, 4L: $5.84
1 gallon = 3.78 L
$1USD = $1.45CAD)
3.56*(3.78/4)*1.45: $4.88

wait no it's cheaper

Off-topic tips: for upper back pain, in a pinch you can put a tennis ball into a empty pillow case and sling it over your shoulder. Lean up against a wall and slowly use the ball and your body weight to massage your knots out. Don't cross your spine. Don't work your spine. Stay to the left and right of your spine and feel some relief.

Also don't forget to stretch before you begin your day.

Need this to be on-topic? Politics are stressful and most of you hold it in your shoulders and upper back.

A tube of tennis balls costs four bucks. :diddler:

I've never seen pink safety vests before. The faggotry is intense, but appropriate. All government bureaucrats should be forced to wear them.
It isn't 'their' NOAA. The first word in the acronym is 'National'. It's the nation's service, paid for by American taxpayer dollars. We taxpayers have the right to expect value for money.

Elon Musk said on JoRo that he has to balance the speed of his releases or the deep state will kill him. Do you think this is Pam Bondi's fear as well? It makes some sense if you go after 1 person the others will only attack you with words. If you make it clear all their houses and assets are getting raided tomorrow they have nothing left to lose.

It's not that Trump is going annex Canada. It's just that at the rate Canada's crashing, it's naturally going to happen. You think the housing crisis in the US is bad? The crisis in Canada is 3x worse. Rent in Montreal far and away outpaces New York and New Jersey, two of the most notoriously expensive states in the country.
There's a real estate agent that literally compares Canadian real estate prices for meth houses and should-be-condemned slums to European Castles, Italian Villas, and literal Private Islands on Youtube / that Chinese Vine knockoff.

Here's one where he briefly discusses a house that has been converted into a mini-bugman hive -- 8 small apartments in a... 2 story? 3? townhouse, presumably for Jeets to live in.

A lot of these he points out the stupid real estate scams going on. Like everyone's stuck in this "equity" bubble where they spend 500k to make 100k (and if you would instead say, invest the 500k while renting at 1/3rd the cost to buy in this market, every realtor online will scream at you until they're blue in the face at how that's bad), or how they're intentionally making it impossible to make new houses or what have you because the landowners WANT the housing crisis to continue (because if it stops, their property will crash in value).

It's bad. It's very bad. And it's going to keep getting worse until it's physically impossible to continue because no one wants to be the suckers holding the bag when things stop and everything crashes. The housing market is one of the biggest aspects of Canada's economy, supposedly, and when it crashes it's going to take out Canada's entire economy. (And then they'll have to deal with infinity jeets running around.)

Nah, I'd love to blame Biden, but the real culprit is investor FOMO and technological illiteracy. Remember back when industry analysts were saying cloud was going to make home computing and on-premise enterprise servers obsolete? There are companies who lost billions and billions making the wrong bets on cloud.

Same thing is happening with AI. Everyone's terrified of missing out. Industry analysts are predicting multi-trillion dollar growth, total destruction of all legacy industry, eradication of whole categories of jobs, and saying stupid shit like, "A single DGX can replace an entire engineering team."

Everyone thinks if they don't invest in GPUs NOW NOW NOW NOW that they are going to DIE. Except it's been a couple years since DGX A100 dropped and set the market on fire, and most AI investments aren't actually paying off.
Fair enough but I suspect some of that money is old USAID teat milk.

Adderall and coke are different substances but are both stimulants that do very similar things. Protip: high dosages over long periods of both cause delusions of granduer and psychosis.
