I like mapo with the specialty peppers. I also like to add seafood and black fungus if I can. I like to shake the plate and make it jiggle. If I'm eating with someone, I'll be like, "Hey, look at this."

Sometimes I get these fried pieces and I put them on a skewer and then toast them in the toaster before applying a sauce.

Which states were you like the most?

Vermont was a favorite, I just loved all of the trees it's was beautiful, that and Quebec is an honorable mention because everything outside of Montreal was very green and forested, but is Canada so it's disqualified. Hawaii and Alaska are both very pretty but I wouldn't want to live there. Louisiana had the best food, especially the seafood, top notch.

e; It's hit and miss if peoples pets like me right away. I had a stray cat walk up to me one time and let me pet them. It was amazing and weird.
