I hope DJ becomes an American Hero and I hope Corey's and Laken's families the best.
hate to break it to you, but unless DJ has cops in the family it's very likely DJ will run into an asshole cop that will fuck his life up and he'll give up the dream of being a cop. which is a shame since black cops do better with black criminals but its the reality. its' the same idea as when rookie bleeding heart cops quite the force because their misplaced optimism caused them to get fucked by skels on simple procedural shit like tightly handcuffing a mother fucker.

okay, so we blame you when The Happening happens, got it
Don't worry, nothing ever happens. The Happening is gonna Happen't
These commies really are willing to do anything that makes Trump look bad, up to and including the destruction of a sovereign country. They're absolute psychotics
Liberals would gladly see their own entire nation reduced to nuclear ash and radioactive pits if the alternative was to work with Trump on anything. I'm not even really exaggerating when I say they'd rather kill us all than admit they were wrong and reverse course. I am just glad they haven't been given a choice with Nuclear Holocaust as a possible option, despite their best efforts. The death of a sovereign nation to them has as much effect as a movie with a sad ending and wil remain in their memory for less time than Captain America getting the N word pass.

Somewhat almond activating that they sent the Foreign Legion and not actual French Army
why? the FFL are great at fighting and they're not real frogs (aside from le officers).

You can get a basement-level car for $21k but it has a ton of bells and whistles that would have been unavailable or high-end luxury in the past. Modern cars really ARE better, but they're a fuck to keep running once they start wearing out (which they do much later than old ones did). They've also gotten better since the bad old days when they were still figuring shit out.

you want to know what's crazy? synth oil can take an engine to 10k-18k miles. that's how good shit has become (sans all the spying on your shit if you plug your phone).

At least make it so she can read it:

I can never get over how dysgenic a lot of black women are. Half of them have a figure like the little girl that got inflated in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or a cross-eyed Deliverence extra. Are they actually fucking inbred? The born-in-Africa Africans usually chubby at worst.

Rep. Crockett: "Fight for what we deserve, my ancestors built this motherfcker"

View attachment 7058538
Her ancestors did not build shit for free in Texas, a de facto free state. And Crockett is a Texas state Rep, one of the most powerful people on the planet by default... then you realize her county is DALLAS COUNTY.

Fuck off.

We interrupt your numbers sperging to bring you: troops fighting cartels.
I'm very happy about all these operations against the cartels and invaders; hopefully we don't lose good people carrying them out. On top of eliminating - whether by ejecting them or killing them - these criminals, US law enforcement and military are gaining some badly needed experience and knowledge. Having firsthand experience dealing with novel tactics like the bomb drones is crucial if you don't want to get rinsed by those sorts of tactics in a near-peer conflict. I also just enjoy seeing overconfident beaner thugs get their shit pushed in. Que se metan todos a la astilladora.

There's so much other shit I worry about, mostly low-and-slow stuff that is both hard to spot and hard to defend against, but that's a different sperg for another time.

Honestly this is the correct ruling for the Supreme Court to make and it doesn't really hurt Trump's agenda in any significant way.
It is not the correct ruling for them to make. These were not authorized payments. Nobody voted on this. Congress didn't authorize it. USAID was writing blank checks that saw no review underneath anyone. They were given carte blanche to pay whomever they wanted whatever they wanted and was completely unknown to anyone and everyone outside of the government. There was no oversight for the work being done. They do not have to power or ability to distribute that money to ANYONE.

There was no decision actually made. Just a flat out denial of the temporary order. Roberts gave DC circuit judges a blank check and power to sign whatever crazy and ridiculous orders they want against the Trump Administration and sent a powerful message that he's not going to do fuck all to stop them. This is a rogue judge in the middle of DC who now has infinite power, superceding the voted upon government. This is INSANITY. The judge told Trump that they will evaluate whether the payments are applicable or not. If the court rules in Trump's favor, which they are likely to, Trump cannot pay out that money because he has NO recourse to get it back. The DC Judge is spitting in your face and telling you tough shit, let them steal your taxpayer money.

The worst part is? Trump doesn't have a choice now. He HAS to defy the Supreme Court like Biden did. Why? Because there's no way to enforce this. There is no way he can avoid it and this will trigger a Constitutional crisis. They will use this to impeach him, again, a 20th time and you can expect all month to hear news articles about how Trump defied the Supreme Court. Who did this assessment? Where did the number 2 billion come from? It's high time someone really took a good look into Roberts's emails and personal finances. Supreme Court Justice Roberts HAS to go by any means necessary.

That was after they failed to do it for two weeks as stated in the initial TRO. They would have had enough time to check routine payments for fraud in that time. The government was dragging their heels to not pay for work they promised to pay for.
Incorrect. The TRO only invalidated pauses FROM THE TRUMP EO, but the State Department had the authority under existing contract clauses to pause payments and end agreements unilaterally. Even though the order did not require it, the State Department was doing its due diligence in considering each agreement individually, chosing to continue/end, and then dispersing payments per protocols to check for waste/fraud/abuse which can take weeks under the best circumstance.

This faggot district judge then wrote an order to enforce demanding that the State Department pay every claim, from every party, irrespective of any factor, WITHIN HOURS, essentially re-writing the contracts and directing the State Department to break Federal Law.
I was surprised how much dooming there's been and accused "betrayals" by the Supreme Court over this. Hopefully whatever retarded work they did is scrutinized that it was actually done, but it's not like the SC reopened USAID or anything. They just had some unpaid dues hit their court and decided those people need to be paid. USAID is still dead, folks.

Wrong. If this order stands, it essentially means that President is not the head of the executive branch, but rather whatever district judge wakes up pissy in the morning.

Did you motherfuckers not read my prior post? The DC Circuit doesn't even have jurisdiction to hear this type of claim.

1. Wrong Jurisdiction: You've probably heard of a special Bankruptcy Court or other specialized Court in your state, and its the same principle. In this case, the suit needed to be brought up in the specific court established by Congress for this issue. Any kind of claims about the government stiffing you on payment or fucking up a contract go to the Federal Court of Claims.
